Both goals have been due to atrocious positioning and he sits there in his chair, glum, doing nothing. I want a manager that exudes a bit of passion and anger when needed. The players need to be scared of him at times - that instills a sense of heightened concentration as you don't want to let him down and get the hairdryer treatment.
