Has Lindelof played a game yet without Smalling next to him? I think there may have been one match, but it's been obvious since the beginning of the season that Jose seems to always play Smalling with him to cover for Lindelof's weaknesses.
And as many have said, Smalling was nowhere near as bad last week as is being made out on here. He made a couple of mistakes (one big one which wasn't punished, one small one that was), but otherwise he wasn't bad and in fact he did quite a lot of good things.
