Two good goals. Just need a couple more early in the 2nd half and then we can rest people - hopefully this happens..Good counter attacking football by United in that half. Lukaku the worst player followed by Mata. Shaw seems really confident with his touches and run.

We played Huddersfield, who are bottom of the league, but at least they looked like a football team. Fulham are terrible.Pogba and Herrera off at 60min if score stays the same.

Smalling understandbly rusty but came on to his own.On the balance of play not amazing, but with Pogba and Martial supplying some class 2-0 is deserved. Just hoping for that early goal second half that will wrap up the game.
Fulham are truly terrible btw.People always complain about Smalling grappling but how do you avoid it against a striker like Mitrovic whose entire game is based on grappling with defenders? Old fashioned physical contest.
We are winning this with two of the attacking three Lukaku and Mata having 3/10 and 5/10 games. Replace them with Rashford and Lingard and BOOOOM. But we don't at the moment need BOOOM.Did better after the first 15 minutes but our entire back line aside from maybe Shaw makes me nervous. I'd love to see Dalot a bit further up to be honest, he looks like he's got mistakes in him but also looks a decent attacking threat.Thought we may struggle with the changes but brilliant first half.Really fun half of football to watch. Great to be able to say that about United games again.
Smallish has been great especially considering he's been out for so long. Mitrovic isn't an easy man to deal withShaw has looked very good.I honestly think we'd lose nothing if Greenwood played instead of Lukaku, or just start Gomez and play Martial up top, anything for a bit of movement up there

Pogba and Martial have been excellent but our best player once again has been Herrera. Give him a new contract now!
Also credit where it is due, Phil Jones has also done really well. Kept Mitrovic in his back pocket and almost scored a cracking goal!

Yeah right, hiding behind defenders makes it impossible to pass. The man makes no run and stays central all the time. It would take ridiculous precision to find him.Happy to be 2-0 up, but Herrera, Mata and Dolot have all been poor. Lots of poor decision making from those three and sloppy use of the ball.
Martial scored a wonderful goal but has since tried to score the same goal another three times despite their being better options.
Get the job done, Reds.Pogba, Jones and Martial have been amazing. Lukaku, Mata and Smalling shite. Mata gets bullied too much, Smalling is a disaster wating to happen and Lukaku is never involvedDalot is not relaiable.
Put Alexis in for Lukaku.

Really? I'm quite impressed with how they're getting the ball into the channels for runners. They're using Vietto and Babel's pace quite well.Is it just me or regardless of situation in final third, players trying to pass to Lukaku even by forcing it, do they get bonus for it or what. Somehow when they see Lukaku, they go tunnel vision mode, Mata also didnt see Pogba with that cross.- Status
