Bayern won’t play a reserve team and even if they did it’s probably better then what we can field currently. We’re not playing that well and Copenhagen could well be all over us on Wednesday night. And gala beat us at home, they’re gonna be a lot stronger in front of their own fans. So as I currently said.. a win here is a must. I don’t see us qualifying with any other results. The odds will be against us.Can't wait to scrape our way through in second place only to get battered in the 1/8 finals.
Bayern might not have a choice due to their lack of defenders. United was able to score 3 goals in München, there should be a chance to win at home. Nonetheless winning in Kopenhagen would massively increase United's chances and should be the aim.
True possibly or they might think good chance to dump united out at the group stages, on our day we could pull out a performance but not seen many of those days this season if all everything's flat and a grind.

Stranger things have happened than us finding a bit of form and winning the fecking thing. Chelsea have had some very good teams over the past 20 years but 2012 and 2021 weren’t times when they had a good team yet they won it. Liverpool winning in 2005 as well was unusual. If we get through the group you just never know.
He's not playing Varane and Maguire. Neither is good enough with the ball at LCB. One of the main issues we had against them last time was that they packed the middle of the pitch and our CBs couldn't switch play to the opposite wing. I think Maguire has to play at RCB then it's either Evans or Lindelof next to him.

I think Galatasaray would go through if they win their last game. We need to win in Turkey and win one of the other two I think.
It's all abit complicated as IF Copenhagen take points off us - they'd be in the mix and i'd expect them to take points off Galatasary at home.
If they lose to us, they'd be out and you'd think Gala would win there etc etc.

If we lose tomorrow highly likely we’d still go through if we won the last two - if we lost to Galatasaray I think we’d be monumentally fecked even if we won the other two. If McTominay plays he’s gonna be way too high up the pitch, any team would walk through that midfield. Switch McTominay out with anyone who would be more defensively sound, but also to play 4 attackers who besides garnacho won’t defend well is suicide.I suspect he will play the following:
