    No one gonna mention the very mature display from Martial?

    Not exactly ligthing up the pitch on that left but very disciplined and unselfish play from him so far. He might need a rest last 15 mins I reckon.

    Martial hasn't scored in a while. He's shit, sell him now. This is in no way some sort of jinx to get Martial to score straight after this post, not at all.

    Nearly another break away goal for Rooney.

    He starts in his own half and Martial sends him clean through, he holds off Jagielka but Howard saves.

    I've given him plenty of shit recently but I'd be delighted to be proved completely wrong about Rooney. Hope this is the start of a good run of form. Get in.
     
    That Rooney goal was quality.
    Counter attack - Morgan to Herrera to Rooney - back of net.
    Basically none of that 45 passes before a goal (remember that?) - it was fast, incisive and before The Everton defenders could get themselves organised in defence (which is what normally allow teams to do), the ball was already in the back of the net.
