Well that's a rather bitchy Samuel.

Williams in for a TV camera display
Since the game is being televised live on television, it’s a safe bet that Ashley Williams will play out of his skin. He seems to play up for the cameras, be it for Wales or his former club Swansea, and he has had a habit of morphing into Paolo Maldini whenever he faces United. He’s a good defender but there’s a reason he remained at Swansea for so long and moved on to Everton.

Williams lined up in all three of Swansea’s Premier League wins over Louis van Gaal’s United.

Sounds like the Caf's theory on game-raising goalkeepers visiting Old Trafford.

I swear if any player from Manchester starts today I will go mental. Rashford shouldn't even be in the 18.

    Bailly a popular arrival
Bailly’s return has gone down incredibly well. Judging by the squad members who arrived, he’ll be on the bench.

The 19th man was Sam Johnstone and he’ll be here to support the goalies in their warm-up.

No surprise over the absentees. Schneiderlin and Memphis are anonymous presences at United and Schweinsteiger was until his popular comeback.

Mourinho must be particularly delighted Bailly is available for a hectic schedule before he heads off on AFCON duty.

I left Carrick out of my prediction because I was sure he'd rest him. But if he's at Goodison he's probably playing isn't he?

We're a better side with him in it and I'd be much more confident of a win.

I would rather Bailly didn't start this if not fully fit. Jones and Rojo have been fine together.

He might rest him on Thursday, so no long journey and ready for Spurs.

    Will be a 4141 with

    DDG
    Tony Jones Rojo Blind
    Carrick
    Mkhi Herrera Pogba Martial
    Zlatan

or a 4231 with Carrick + Pogba and Mata at the 10

Good team. Can't for the life of me understand why Darmian over Blind but he has been strangely better at LB than RB lately.

Hard on Mata but he'll come on and make an impact!

    Our front line is mouthwatering!

Great lineup. Sacrificing Mata for the inclusion of Carrick makes sense. Juan can come on later if required.

Sort of expected. Tough away game. If we get under the kosh we'll revert to the 4231 with Pogba at CAM and try and make something stick up front with some long balls to Zlat and Pog.

Blind for Darmian is the only change I think I'd make, but Darmian has done well at LB, and is more of a natural there in terms of defending in wide areas than Blind, so we'll see. Good lineup.

    4-1

    That team is easy mode.

Attacking-wise, that's the font six that most would've picked at the start of the season, form aside.

Will be interesting to see how we fair.

Love that line-up. Watch us lose now.

    So what's up with Rooney?

Yes! Bar Darmian instead of Blind I love that line-up, the front 6 are what I was hoping for.
