Our bench is just wow
An injury race between him and Evans, probably, given neither should ideally be starting at this stage of their comebacks. How many minutes we predicting before he comes of with injury?
Just the managerCrystal Palace has a starting 11 that is much better than our`s
Not to mention it was when he was in diabolical form most wanted him dropped. For the past 8-10 games he’s easily been our best playerYes that's exactly what people think will happen, you didn't totally make up a strawman argument here!

Needs some Eredivisie experience to be considered. What does Amad have to do to get a start?
Honestly I would only swap Olise for Antony. Eze not necessiarly better than Mount (when fit)And a better manager.
Eze and Olise make our XI. Wharton beside Mainoo too, probablyHonestly I would only swap Olise for Antony. Eze not necessiarly better than Mount (when fit)
He hasn't done loads but he's hardly played.Personally don't mind keeping Amad on the bench. Highly unlikely that Mount is going to last the 90, and in Bruno's absence, Amad is just about the best bet we have of filling in there.
Also, and I realise we're not allowed to say it out loud, but has anything Amad's done really make this as crazy as people are making it sound? He's looked tidy for sure, and I'm keen to see more of him, but I don't think he's some kind of guaranteed starter for us in the making. Feels like a reasonable squad option.
Bruno yet another injury?
It's true, 520 senior games without missing a single one thru injury, he's missed 2 games thru illness and that's it, it's incredible, there's no other way to describe itSupposedly the first club game in his whole career that he’s missed through injury!
Mind blowing if correct
We are going to get turned over tonight
ETH stubbornness and ego. That would mean admitting that he bought a complete dud in Antony.
Bit of a false way of looking at it.Yeah really, how many caps are in your team compared to ours? How many of yours have played in the Champions League or gone deep in international tournaments? The gulf in quality between the two elevens isn’t as big as it normally is - granted - but this is when a top coach earns their money. There is more than enough quality and experience there to win the game.
Can't be saying wild things like that, mate.Ot just that Antony has been one of our better players for the last month or so?

Most of those caps are won by players 30+ who are past their prime. Evans being rushed back and lacking match sharpness; Casemiro playing out of position at CB (meaning we have no real DM and will be wide open as usual); Eriksen not the same since his heart operation and age has caught up with him.
Sounds exactly like the character Max von Sydow plays in 'Three Days of the Condor' - great movie.Blanc looks like the kind of guy who sits down next to you, reaches into his double-breasted coat pocket for a handgun, spends half a minute dropping an anecdote whilst screwing the silencer on with his thin leather gloves before calmly and casually saying, "shhhhhh now...." and shooting you in the back of the head.
Amad is better against tired legs anyway. Mount has far more pedigree and makes more sense, it's just because Mount has been missing all season people feel like Amad deserves to be played out of position, over our big summer signing - go figure!Personally don't mind keeping Amad on the bench. Highly unlikely that Mount is going to last the 90, and in Bruno's absence, Amad is just about the best bet we have of filling in there.

Maybe they're basing it on the fact that our injured players will be back at some point, and that we can buy players from other clubs and not just Palace? And yet some are saying they’d only take Olise?
11 injuries is a bit more than just something that can be brushed away as if it was nothingYeah really, how many caps are in your team compared to ours? It never goes well.Caf may get its wish of having a team that has no Bruno and Rashford.
It’s been a long time coming, to be fair. Spend 10 years playing like cack and the fans start to expect and rationalise itExpectations really have gone off a cliff at Utd!
Or maybe having 11 players out (which makes 44% of the registered squad) can play a small role in the outcome of a gameIt’s been a long time coming, to be fair. Spend 10 years playing like cack and the fans start to expect and rationalise it
That's probably when the whole team start playing. Will Mason Mount last 60 minutes?
