Nice that we have the injuries excuses ready in case we lose.

55m for a crock and another 10m for a loan crock.

    Shocking, shocking management

Harry Maguire is now our only fit centre-back.

Lisandro Martínez is injured, Raphaël Varane is injured, Viktor Lindelöf is injured, Jonny Evans is injured, and now Willy Kambwala is injured. That’s FIVE INJURED CENTRE-BACKS. We get new injuries before every game, players drop like flies. Who the feck is going to play at the back?

    Louis Jackson from the U-18s
So, McT and Maguire as CBs, can't really be anything else
Cool. Never heard of the kid.
Of course it can. We’ve already played Casemiro as a CB last season.
What match was that? Was it towards the end of the season?
Yeah apparently we’ll have to risk him even if he’s not fully match fit either.
Oh come the feck on, this is ridiculous. So none of our 6 senior centre-backs are fit? This is beyond a joke.

Have we tried getting a shaman in to uncurse our training ground?
I’m not a superstitious person, but it genuinely does seem like we’re cursed.

City are winning, so we have next to no chance even if we progress to the final. Why the feck is our game on Sunday and not the other way around?

Onana, Dalot, Maguire, Casemiro, AWB, Mainoo, Bruno, McTominay, Garnacho, Rashford, Hojlund.

Eriksen, Antony and Amad coming on in 2nd half.

Is McTominay ready though? If not, start Eriksen.

If we win this, it'll take a lot of effort with our form and injuries.

Maguire and Casemiro might be the slowest CB partnership we’ve ever had.

We will be big favourites regardless of whether we have a defence or not. However Coventry have done exceptionally well to get to where they have done, they’ve played very well and will be a massive threat when they are able to get at our defence. Because of that we need to make sure we are professional in our approach and concentrate at key moments in order to see us through.

I’m lucky enough to have tickets for the game so really hoping that there isn’t an upset but with recent performances and injury problems, the chance of it happening is very possible.

I think Mctominay has more appearances at centre back than Casemiro but it seems to be the latter according to rumours.

It's bad but there's no excuses for the manager or the players really: a team of Onana, Dalot, Maguire, Casemiro, AwB, Mainoo, Mctominay, Bruno, Garnacho, Hojlund, Rashford should be beating a Championship side. You'd be pissed off if they mess this up, either through a shite performance or because they don't want to meet City in the final.

I'd be more worried about us fecking it up and losing if there was some shit team waiting for us in the final

For whatever reason Chelsea always tend to match City and I was hoping they'd get through. EtH's United doesn't tend to have much of a fighting chance against City as our chaos football is just exposed in the face of such an organised side. To make a win tomorrow worth it (and that is by no means a foregone conclusion), we'll have to try something different if we get to the final

Poch teams always have. Under other managers Chelsea have been just as timid against City as most teams in the league.

Mount aside, these players weren't getting injured like this before they joined us. It is the intesity of trainings and with a stubborn deluded man like Ten Hag in charge, this is going to continue because he won't change.

On the game. I've never been less bothered about a FA Cup semi than I am for tomorrow. We're both playing for second place.

Apart from under Tuchel where they knocked City out of the FA Cup semis then beat them in the CL final a month later.

I don't know why, but I just can't keep the Tuchel stint in my memory. In my mind it's somehow Sarri, Lampard, Potter, Poch.

    That's the spirit
Personally can't wait, always enthusiastic for every game, even if I end up disappointed a lot the last few seasons. Live the dream support the team...

You can add Shaw to that list too…he’s been selected ahead of Maguire on plenty of occasions this season.

To be fair though against city is the only time ETH changes his approach. He seems to defend low… hopes we nick a goal and then defends for our life. Didn’t work this season as we conceded 3 but we was leading up until 2nd half.

Is Mount made out of glass? How is this lad injured all the time, he doesn't even play. And don't even get me started about Amrabat. He hasn't seen gametime in forever, so where did he get injured - while walking drunk from a pub? WTF
