That isn't the rules. Persistent team fouling (which we weren't) is a fineable offence you don't just randomly dish cards out during the game against a player to make a point

He was protecting a player (Hazard) who was playing in an entertaining way. If say Rashford kept getting fouled, we'd want to see cards too, especially one that was already on a yellow.
