Big big day lads. Absolute must win game for the club and the manager. Another defeat would be catastrophic and would surely leave the manager's position untenable.

    Yes, it's the Away one

    What the f...

Pogba will love the shit out of this pink kit and play out of his skin today.

We will smash these feckers 4-0!

I haven’t felt this nervous about a United game for a long time.
I fear that if we lose, Eds trigger finger will be too itchy and we will end up at square one with the manager being replaced by the wrong choice.
If it’s a draw, it will be two weeks of depression, waiting for the next chance to rectify things.
I’m hoping for an early goal to settle the nerves!

Think we’ll get away with this today as they’ve had as poor a start as us and the Thursday night routine doesn’t help at all.

Not expecting anything much but three points is all that matters, could b 3-2 or something similar.

We need to win & win well, otherwise Mourinho's regime is going to limp along until the next game. If Fellaini starts I fear the worst.

Start like we did against Spurs and we'll win. If Lukaku can finish his chances we'll win comfortably too.

Going to skip this to play actual footie, wouldn't normally do this but I just feel no excitement anymore. Thanks Mourinho.

The kit looks white to me and on closer look, it's actually pink.

I don't care about how we play. I'd take 3 points with 5% possession, and defenders shitting their pants but not conceding. We need to avoid going into freefall before the break.

What have we done to deserve Tim Sherwood on the preview? He suggested that the scarf Jose picked up after the Spurs game was thrown in disgust from the Stretford End and Jose turned it into a positive. Please get this man off my television.

Can't say i blame you, got a feeling i am gonna regret watching this.

I went for us to win 2-1 on the caf predictor so this means we will not win again. Sorry guys.

What preview are you watching ? I thought this isn't being televised in the UK.

Sorry should have precised, watching on Supersport TV which broadcasts the Premier League in Southern Africa and most of the rest of Africa I think.

I'd drop Pogba for this game personally. The guy is taking the piss a bit, and i would like to see him out of the team. The way he's playing at the moment he's a detriment to the team.

If we do this, be prepared for another month of confusing interviews, cryptic tweets and leaked stories of disillusionment.

Agree he doesn't deserve to start.

If memory serves, the last few years we have looked to have turned some weird corner on the game before the international break. This are always looking up, and then the painful wait to see if we can keep it going. So I think today we are going to see some crackerjack football that gets everyone excited and then pissed off that we have to wait until after the international break to see if we can keep it going.

So there it's not being televised anywhere in the world? There are no camera's? Not being recorded?

Game on telly in Norway for sure. TV2 Sport Premium. As others said aswell, list in the OP.

For some reason I thought this was the 1.30 game on Sky.

Guess I'll be missing this, but think we'll scrape the 3 points today.

Think it’s just the UK. I’m getting it on tv.

Definitely need an early goal. I would say that’s probably the most important thing we can get in this match. The longer it goes on without us scoring, the pressure that builds will be insane. Even more so if Burnley score :nervous:

Forget about the shirt. This is the fourth game. Pogba is a beast every four. You can be sure he will be shite for the next three games though. :D

This is really frustrating, not the first time we have played on a Sunday and it’s not on TV. However, I assume it’s because Burley played on Thursday, which is fair enough.

He becomes World Class only once in four games. This is the fourth game. We need him.

    This match last season

We've got a good record against Burnley, being unbeaten against them in games at Turf Moor in our last three appearances there. We haven't conceded a goal in those games and drawn the first match followed up with two victories.

This fixture last season happened at an interesting period for the club - and Martial in particular. We ended December with three consecutive draws in the league - including a 2:2 draw at home against Burnley. January, on the other hand, turned out to be a great month with United winning five consecutive games before losing against Spurs. This was the fourth game of the five-game run and the last game we played before Alexis Sanchez joined us.

Anthony Martial had scored in the previous two league games against Everton and Stoke. He ended up being the saviour again and scored the winner in a 0:1 game.

This ended up being pretty much the last happy memory Martial had that season. It was his last goal scored at the club - eight months ago - and though he won Player of the Month for January, he has seen himself become a bit-part player at United.
    Since Sanchez arrived basically ^^^

Unfortunately i don't think it works like that!

He could play and have a blinder, but he could also stink the place out and be a detriment to the team. That's the problem with him, and based on his past two performances he just doesn't deserve a spot IMO.

No doubt he'll score an hat trick today now i've said all that.

If we cannot beat a post-Europa League Burnley convincingly, then I give up!

Narrator: But he did not give up and returned furiously to the RedCafe forum Sunday evening to show his rage at M.Fellaini's 2nd minute red card.

Good to see the pink shirt on show. Loving it.

Looks like the white kit washed along with a pink dress with warm water.

Fourth game + the pink shirt:eek:

He will play like a prime Roy Keane today!

    Last minute lineup questions

Just over an hour until the lineups are out and there are a few question marks over what the starting XI will be.

    Centreback conundrum?

For the first couple of games this season, we started with Lindelof and Bailly. Against Brighton, the pairing ended up being a bit of a disaster so Mourinho switched to Smalling and Jones. Jones picked up an injury, Lindelof was brought in and once again we conceded three goals.

With Jones out injured, will we stick with Smalling and Lindelof, switch to Smalling and Bailly, bring back the Lindelof and Bailly pairing or will we go for another option which would see Matic partner someone at the back?

    Who will play in attack?

Mata and Martial have been called back to the squad. Will Mourinho stick with the Lingard Lukaku Sanchez front three or will someone else be brought in to mix things up a bit?

    Damien's predicted XI

    De Gea

    Valencia Bailly Smalling Shaw
    Matic
    Fred Pogba
    Lingard Lukaku Sanchez
