I watched Frasier this morning on C4. Frasier stars Kelsey Grammar. Kelsey Grammer plays Sideshow Bob in The Simpsons. It's a sign.
If we don't full points today, I would be considering resting players every game for the EL. We need to win that. We are in the EL at least next season.
If we drop a draw today we'll be 3 points behind City, defeat them and we'll be even on points. We can still do with a draw today tbh. City game is a must win and we need a masterclass tactics from Jose as the Chelsea game.
If we defeated both then yeah imagine the confidence we'll get.

No. If he had given up, he would have played Axel/TFM. The fact he is playing our only fit central defenders Bailly and Blind(both will play max mins in next 10 fixtures) means he refreshed the team a bit which played 120 mins but still hasn't given up.
Except Rooney for Rashford, I predicted all others right.
I said this once before a game and he scored. Hope you bring the same good fortune.It's weird that people are saying this is a good line-up, it's the right line-up under the circumstances but that forwrard line is completely unthreatening based on what we've seen this season, Martial has no form or confidence, Rooney is finished and hasn't played for weeks which leaves Lingard as the biggest threat in attack. Add to that Burnley's impressive home record and this looks very difficult.I like the line up. No moans from me.

Our fixture list compounded by our injury crisis means that we have to be able to go ahead of City when we play them. Playing catch up would be impossible when you look at our reduced options, games to come (like EL, Arsenal, EL, Spurs).
Thats why I put him on the bench.

Even if we win this, and beat City I think the jury is still out. City aren't much better than us, but they are currently better. I wouldn't fancy us in a head to head race with them.
He played 120 mins midweek, and we have City in midweek. He needs a rest.

It'll be difficult I agree but won't be impossible. You never know when will City drop points, too.
Spurs will be our hardest remaining fixture after that but we should be good against Arsenal and our other matches are average.It's all in our hands now, get the win today and then go again against City. We'll get top 4!

But whenever we play what I consider our best line up, we produce feck all. And when Jose plays a team where I think he's taking the piss, we end up winning. I don't think he did. A lot depends on today's result and, more importantly, the result of our game with City.Having Rooney back in the line up will be like a new signing. He's totally fresh and ready to prove everyone wrong. He looked really awful stepping out of the buss though. A bit of grey hair starting to show- Status
