It's easy - it's because Jose struggles to get the best out of players with good technique & a lack of three lungs/height because the manager prioritizes the latter as his core team ethic.
Jose therefore uses a striker like martial on the wing because that's not Jose' s type of striker which is poor management. To highlight that it's not martial fault - you have r Ashford suffering the same way.
