Jones must not be fully fit as I believed he should have started this game over Jackson(Blind/Young left back). Not really the time you would want to see this level of youth player in your team, but I believe it is much better than playing players out of position. So, I can not argue much about Van Gaal's decision. The opposition is a team that likes attacking football, so our hands should be full today.

Tbh, I don't even mind Memphis being given a chance. But to say what you did about his contract, him being here to make up the numbers and not being upto the standard is absolute nonsense. I'm mainly talking about the semi-meltdown whenever Young gets benched! I'd much rather see the young fullbacks anyway.
