He has been “moved” because we have no right winger and, to be blunt, he was crap when we kept starting him on the left anyway (pretty much all his goals and assists have come since moving him). It’s one of the few correct things Eric has done right this season.

Rashford has also been easily our best player today. He’s the only player who seems able to pass to his teammates.

I think that's a bit of a stretch to criticise Rashford for not being able to play out of position. Salah only ever plays RW, so Liverpool have had to play Elliott out of position these past few years. Some players are more adaptable than others.

(I'm not saying Rashford is anywhere near Salah's level before people jump on me).

Kambwala’s performance isn’t helped by our midfield presence. Injury crisis prevents subbing him out. Midfield changes and maybe Amad replacing Rashford would more likely help out the back line against situations where it’s easier to make blunders.
