    Apparently Kieran McKenna used to play the man utd academy videos of him playing for Shakhtar, saying every big club should be after him. Maybe it's his fault.
     
    We haven't a clue when we get the ball in the final third. Only dalot and James look like creating anything.

    Again, ole, what the hell is the game plan.

    Fred absolute garbage. Always thought he’d come good but the slightest bit of pressure and he panics.

    Starting to wonder about Fred. He really doesn't bring much to the table does he? For someone with his experience his positioning and reading of the game looks awful tonight.

    There must be a player in there but he really needs to get a grip.

    Easy to see that Alkmaar are the ones that come into this game on good form. More or less as expected from United a group of players low on confidence and ideas.

    Two decent chances for Gomes and Greenwood. I'd gladly take a draw now if offered but i reckon United will probably need to score to earn a draw.
     
    We are absolutely awful. There is not the slightest bit of cohesion in this side nor a plan.

    I genuinely can’t see where a single goal could come from. Feels like we could play for 10 hours and barely even create one chance. So, so bleak.

    You'll get people saying forget the fee, it's not his fault etc, but how on earth did we splonder 50m beans on this guy!
     
    Jesus we are terrible. No method to our attack. Just relying on luck.
     
    Our players literally stand there and stare at the guy in possession. Don't move or make a run, but just stay in their position and stares at him.

    Amateur stuff.

    It seems we rely totally on worldies. Absolutely no attacking patterns are being seen
     
    So all the pressing and high intensity football was all talk like most of the thing our manager has done since he took on the charge. What actually do they on training?
     
    Hasn't Mata got a Charity game he can go too as that's sort of his pace and level now.

    He just seems to throw players onto the pitch and leaves them to it.
     
    There’s really no excuse. All of these players are part of the first team set-up. This is exactly how we look with our 1st XI, difference is Pogba, Martial and Rashford who occasionally do something of quality.
     
    How is this manchester United. Don't recognize this club anymore. Feels like I'm supporting Fulham or something

    Think you're being generous with Matic, Fred and Mata. Dalot you're being harsh with, few dangerous crosses and looks one of our only players that actually resembles a footballer.
