If registered by 12:00 UK time, not midnight. If registered before midnight last night he can. If no it’ll have to be McTominay then I guess.
He won't play.

Be happy with a point here. United have to put any chances they get away.
Ah ok, damn, we should have moved quicker! He needed to be registered before midday yesterday - he won’t be playing.
United can win this. Hojlund to be the hero. UTFR
Hojlund hattrick.
4 - 3 Arsenal.
You cannot expect a new youth player, with very little senior level experience, who is only 20 to come into one of the biggest games of the season and be our star player.
The odds of that happening are near zero.
Realistically, we are going to lose.
Look at Barcelona. They have a 16 (sixteen) year old player starring this season. And he is called up to the national team at 16 already. You cannot expect a new youth player, with very little senior level experience, who is only 20 to come into one of the biggest games of the season and be our star player.

If Hojlund can score even 1 goal, I'd say that that would be a stellar debut.
Tbf not many expected him to.Didn’t Marcus bang in two against Arsenal on his debut whilst being younger than 20 ?
Just saying
So really looking forward to the game then ?I wrote a comment couple of days ago on this thread and was hoping that Amrabat transfer will be completed on time in order to put him in a double pivot with Casemiro against Arsenal in order for us not to get embarrassed. He won't be able to play, unfortunately.
But, good news is that Hojlund is available and he will share the CF minutes with currently (barely) healthy Martial. Rashford will play on the left where he's most dangerous.
Midfield will get overrun with Eriksen(probably?) before he gets out of gas and substituted by McTominay at 60th minute(ETH's sub pattern). Then Arsenal will swarm us in the last half an hour and we won't see the ball much likely and will get totally disjointed. Only Bruno Hollywood pass to Rashford on the counter will be a remaining tactic.
Arsenal will drop Havertz for this game and start with Rice - Partey - Odegaard midfield which we will struggle to break through. Wouldn't be surprised also to see Ramsdale dropped for Raya for this game. Saka will rinse whoever is our left back and that will be the biggest defensive problem. I can see a penalty conceded by fouling Saka in the box by the left back or Licha. I would bet that happens, actually.
Considering our current form and injury struggles, I would consider a decent resistance, non-blowout a success here. Just don't allow City, Liverpool, Brentford humiliating away games from last season to repeat and it will be ok, I guess - respectable loss is expected of me.
So in the first minute then.Onana
AWB Lindelof Martinez Dalot
Casemeiro Eriksen (or McT)
Bruno
Antony Martial Rashford
Hojlund to sub in once Martial starts dipping his head.
That formation is going to leave a lot of room on the flanks to be exploited. No one's ever tried the 11111111111 before.Onana
Wan Bissaka
Lindelof
Martinez
Reguilon
Casemiro
McSauce

Antony
