I am more worried about Bailly than Lukaku and Sanchez. Lindelof also has to move across to the left now.

feck, had Martial over Lingard. Desperately needed that 11/11 to climb in the standings :(

Fecking hell stop moaning everyone. We’ve got to use the squad, the league is important again now.

It’s the perfect occassion to give Lukaku and Sanchez a start.

    Very strong side.

Should be getting the better of midfield.

Well people who said "Lukaku and Sanchez need games" will get their wish. I fully expect them both to be dross so here's to hoping Bailly can hold off on being a maniac and we are solid enough in midfield. This will definitely give us more insight as to how deep we really are.

This new system of revealing the team sheet by some app means I can't see it but I'm gathering Sanchez and Lukaku are starting, huge mistake IMO, can't press with Lukaku and Sanchez wont hurt their RB issues like Martial would have.

We pressed them with Lukaku, Lingard and Martial last season to take the 2-0 lead though...

Hope it’s a diamond with Jesse at the tip rather than him and Sanchez flanking Lukaku

You can't blame Ole for Sanchez and Lukaku stinking up the place, it's up to them to put in the correct level of performance. If they can't then they shouldn't be at the club, simple as that.

Well Sanchez is coming back from a long time out. I do think this team on paper is good enough to win, and it's up to them to prove it. But I think either Rash or Martial ahould have been in the lineup instead of Lingard.

But i trust Ole, he sees the boys in training and I bet he wants to win even more than we want them to win, GGMU

Sanchez is only getting his chances alongside Lukaku at the moment... Probably not fair on him as he'd look a lot better playing off Rashford you'd think

    So should Dalot.

And I'd have played Mata ahead of Lingard. Still, what do I know - I'm getting superstitious and find that the more I moan about selection the more likely a player is to do well.

    Is DDG injured?

De Gea is good to play, but he needed to play because he's the best. Romero needs games, i get that but we have Burnley next. Romero could have played that game. Arsenal destroyed Chelsea the other night. So tonight will be a tough game.

We should be playing as close to our best team as possible. Lingard included!

Dalot and Fred should probably have started but nothing much to complain about. Hopefully some early subs for a change

    Arsenal team
Starting XI: Cech, Maitland-Niles, Sokratis, Koscielny, Kolasinac, Torreira, Xhaka, Iwobi, Ramsey, Aubameyang, Lacazette
Subs: Leno, Mustafi, Monreal, Lichtsteiner, Elneny, Guendouzi, Ozil

    Manchester United team
Starting XI: Romero, Young (c), Lindelof, Bailly, Shaw, Herrera, Matic, Pogba, Lingard, Lukaku, Alexis
Subs: Grant, Dalot, Jones, Fred, Mata, Martial, Rashford

Five changes from the win against Brighton with Romero, Bailly, Shaw, Lukaku and Alexis coming in for De Gea, Jones, Dalot, Rashford and Martial.

It on the (excellent) app but it's also on twitter

The team we put out should be good enough, but I echo the sentiments of everyone that said we should've put out our strongest team.

If Lukaku and Sanchez stink the place again then Rash and Martial should be our long term main starters for rest of the season.
Rashford and Martial will be our main starters irrespective of how Lukaku and Sanchez play tonight.

We pressed them with Lukaku, Lingard and Martial last season to take the 2-0 lead though...

Lukaku was about 3 stone lighter back then, he can barely move right now, and we are also starting Sanchez who has done nothing this season either, to start one out of form forward is risky, but starting both of them feels like giving Arsenal a huge advantage.

Whilst I agree, let’s see if Lukaku has lost any muscle. We haven’t seen him play from kick off for a while now.

Sanchez and Lukaku is worrying. We never played well when they started together .

As mad as it is to say it, when you bear in mind the cost and wages of the two, it certainly is a brave move tonight.

Its not a weak side, but still reckon we should go full on in this competition.

Will be a hard game but looking at that arsenal team we should be beating them. Hope to get a good performance and a win.

Sanchez is better at pressing than Martial. No reason why we cannot press them. Herrera and Pogba are also still in the team.

The first lineup by Ole that many of our fans will not agree with. But we can't play the same 11 players every game. Hope it works out!

If everything is still going according to the script. Alexis should have a strong performance today

I can't help but feel we've missed a trick breaking up the Shaw, Pogba, Martial trimuvate just as Bellerin got injured weakening their right hand side. Niles and lichsteiner don't compare.
