Hannibal Mejbri | Joins Burnley

I see him as a massive waste of talent. He was different class in the youth teams and seemed to be able to control a game on his own.

His career in Burnley has been weird so far. Whenever I've watched Burnley to see how he's doing (not often as they're a tough watch), the performances are definitely not the dominant displays of the youth teams and he's been shifted regularly between 6, 10, LW, RW plus even the bench on occasion.

However, reading fan performance votes on Google, he's almost always the highest rated player in the games he's played.

Had an assist today against Southampton though. I've always been a fan and hope he rediscovers his ball playing ability.
 
You watch it and it's clear that the bloke says something vile. There is no way Hannibal reacts like that if it wasn't something beyond reproach.
 
From my limited lip reading skills it looks like he says

F*** You F*** You B**** B******

It's a pity the camera doesn't catch the last part as clear as the start of things.
 
Preston's manager said it's all "he said, she said" at the moment!
Not a great response.
 
His fee had £4m in potential add-ons, assuming some of that was linked to promotion so there should be a small financial bonus. Hopefully he has a good season next year and then the 50% sell-on might come into play.
 
Hopefully he doesn’t keep them up at our expense next season.
