I'm fine with doing the total opposite of Chelsea.Chelsea binned him off after just 7 months as their technical director:

Technical director though, different job to recruitment - and they haven’t exactly excelled with recruitment sinceChelsea binned him off after just 7 months as their technical director:

Of course you'd post something thinking it was a negative and an excuse to bash the club, which then turns out to be the complete opposite.Chelsea binned him off after just 7 months as their technical director:

It's normal to have a assistant helping the DoF run the football side of the club. Ajax had Gerry Hamstra in a technical director's role helping Overmars. Kehl is assisting Zorc at BvB. Marco Neppe is assisting Salihamidzic at Bayern after being promoted from a head of recruitment role.
There's many good candidates at home and abroad. But I have a gut feeling it's gonna be someone like Christian Vivell or Christian Mockel, who have both worked under Rangnick. Mockel is currently heading the scouting department at Lokomotiv Moscow, and Vivell is in a role at RB Leipzig which is similar to the role we're looking for, where he's assisting the Sporting Director, Markus Krösche.
This is a bigger plus on his CV than the work he did at Salzburg and Leipzig. I’d be worried about hiring someone Chelsea wanted to keep.Chelsea binned him off after just 7 months as their technical director:

We're waiting to see who Newcastle get then make them go on gardening leave. Why a short term basis?
I mean if they sacked him for overseeing their initial recruitment drive under clearlake, that would be worrying. This is a bigger plus on his CV than the work he did at Salzburg and Leipzig. I’d be worried about hiring someone Chelsea wanted to keep.
Initial trial period? Why a short term basis?
Their entire policy revolves around throwing in bids for absolutely anyone another club in the top half shows an interest in.I mean if they sacked him for overseeing their initial recruitment drive under clearlake, that would be worrying.
Incredibly disappointing.37, on a short-term deal. i thought ineos were committed to only spending on youth, as part of a long term plan? yet here we are, with more quick fixes.
Maybe he's after another higher role? I don't know how many directors a football club needs but whatever this role is sounds like it's not as directory as a technical director. Why a short term basis?
We should fire Berrada imo37, on a short-term deal. i thought ineos were committed to only spending on youth, as part of a long term plan? yet here we are, with more quick fixes.
He's no TchaikovskyAlways rated Vivaldi
would send a statement to the next ceo.We should fire Berrada imo
Very likely that he’s the guy that they can get in now to participate in this window - as he’s a free agentWhy a short term basis?
I thought that was Daley Blind for a second.Tweet
