Transfer window for staff is incredible. If only for players we would be decent

Just having a bunch of people who seem well regarded within football in the jobs where we have had bankers for years makes me smile.
We're waiting to see who Newcastle get then make them go on gardening leave.
Are you Blind?I thought that was Daley Blind for a second.
At what point is it enough? We’ve appointed about 50 people for the back office and still don’t know whether we will keep Amrabat.
I’m far happier with the idea of us hiring staff first and then letting them identify and recruit the players, than I would be with the alternative.
Culturally insensitive and completely wrong, congrats.Going to have too many chiefs and not enough Indians
You must be Blind
Are you Blind?
Stealing my jokeAre you Blind?

Yeah, 100%. But it’s a pity we didn’t get all our recruiting ducks in a row before this summer’s transfer window. It would all be a lot less urgent if we had a manager that we were 100% confident in. The pressure on the club/manager to make a good start this season is almost unprecedented.
He’s only here for a couple of months, not four seasonsAlways rated Vivaldi
It takes a particular level of Centrist Dad cynicism to spin a negative on this when it's only the 1st July. Impressive.Yeah, 100%. They also bought in a few others all with a similar role from Brighton. Looks more like it was a case of too many cooks and him then not having any weight to his opinion.Chelsea binned him off after just 7 months as their technical director:

They only got the deal completed in Feb? Berrada, Wilcox, Ashworth and Vivell… all while reviewing the manager, the ground, Carrington.Yeah, 100%. he looks like the type that would beI’m 85% sure this guy was on Love Island a few years ago.
You're correct and Vivell left the club on his own accord because he became a bit of a after thought. Also you can't change things in 6 months, which is too short a period to effect change at any club. They also bought in a few others all with a similar role from Brighton. Looks more like it was a case of too many cooks and him then not having any weight to his opinion.
Funny... getting rid off Rangnick two years ago and now signing someone who learned this job in Rangnick's clubs (first Hoffenheim, then RB Leipzig and Salzburg)
You heard it here first: INEOS only went for Ashworth because they couldn't get Rangnick and now signed Vivell to help Ashworth being more like Rangnick.Maybe we are waiting for Rangnick again and just hired his apprentice on an interim basis
Don't be.Apologies for any offence caused.
Absolutely no excuses now, surely.Jeeze ETH will have some stable of big hitters to support him
“But, I did not sign these players. They gave me bad players. Heh”Absolutely no excuses now, surely.
