It's a shame we can't take anything from this Hunter verdict considering the Republicans and their media friends have now decided that the justice system in the US is corrupt and divisive.

Hunter Biden broke the law and was rightfully prosecuted. Convicted by a jury of his peers it's likely he will accept his punishment without much fuss.

He says he won't but that could change if he wins and no longer has the public to answer to. He could also conceivably do it if he loses, where he uses the Nov to Jan period to do last minute pardons and commutations.
I doubt the sentence will be a lengthy one. And a pardon also removes some of the post incarceration impacts a conviction brings.

She has done a good job finding somewhere she can left-punch without alienating too many supporters. She's also refusing to endorse an Assembly candidate because he's running inside the Dem House Leader's seat. Moving up in the world, Senate is next i guess and will need party support.
