Alexis Sanchez | Done deal

The thought of Sanchez scoring the winner against Liverpool and City is arousing to say the least.

Literally every one of Ballbag's tweets should be met with the comment "Do you want your jaw snapped" from now on in.

They’re hurting over this transfer, make no mistake over that.
I really, really hope so. City have always been a little bit annoying but they've never reached the level of hatred I've felt for Liverpool, Arsenal and even Chelsea over the years, but this year they've really gone above and beyond.

Oof, Sanchez and Valencia on the right hand side.

You’ll not find a more industrious, take-no-prisoners, I’m-south-American-and-will-feck-you-up-if-I-have-to duo than that.

If you put Alexis and Tony in chinos and white belts they basically become sub bosses in an 80s action flick.

Have we thought of the possibility that Mhiki may be going back to Dortmund to allow Auba to Arsenal? I can't see Arsenal getting Malcom, Auba and Mhiki.

This would be like a 3 way swap deal. Outrageous, if that does happen!!!

I doubt it. I suspect it has more to do with City’s superiority complex and big ego more than anything else.
Well you would think with the way people talk about the endless money pit and how they can buy whoever if they wanted Alexis they would have matched our 100mil+package. They went to 72mil surely they’d push that little bit further if they could.

This guy needs to be blacklisted. Shitty clickbait trolling journalist, with his tongue so firmly up Pep's arsehole he can taste a lung.

He adds nothing and recycles others' stories. Most of his 'exclusives' are bullshit.

ffs

I'm surprised Chelsea have only made a bid now

Should have been in for him straight away although they probably don't need him as much as United

Arsenal still seem confident of Ozil signing a new contract so I don't really see how Mkhitaryan is going to fit in down there.

I like the Armenian and it's a shame things haven't worked out for him here. He's a talented player but seems to have confidence and stamina issues which keep him from maintaining the sort of form you need at a top club.

But the lad can't cross a ball for toffee. To get the most out of Mkhitaryan, you need to play him in a more central/free roaming position that lets be honest, if Ozil stays then he's going to be filling week in, week out.

If Arsenal really have pushed for Miki then it's a clear indication for me that the German will be leaving in the summer, no matter how much Wenger protests in public that he's close to signing a new deal.

Don't ban him it's lovely to see him so salty when we get it done. And with Jose and Woody at the helm he better get used to it .

Wonder if it's partly gamesmanship to show they're competing for players with United/City, perhaps a last minute attempt to force the price up a little bit and unsettle the situation. As you say surely should've been in at around the same time we were if they really wanted him.

Balague is just embarrassing himself now. I'm surprised he still has a job with Sky, he's not really been relevant for a while now with his rumours etc. He got stitched up big time on De Gea and hasn't really recovered since.

I can just see Ballague sitting in the corner of a dark room, rocking back and forth, whispering 'he chose money'

Ballbag is just a Pep mouthpiece. The meltdown means we have really upset his plans, result already.

Alas, I expected better from Rafa's mate Guillem.

He's so bitter and I love it.
