Aubameyang's a good signing for them, right? Haven't been paying attention for a while but there was much drooling over him not too long ago.

Wait until we swoop in with a £30,000,001 offer (with the £1 coming in the form of Lazar Markovic).

That City briefing including Chelsea was absolutely transparent and pathetic.

Their fans will lap it up though.

Have we thought of the possibility that Mhiki may be going back to Dortmund to allow Auba to Arsenal? I can't see Arsenal getting Malcom, Auba and Mhiki.

Well, why are they going to play him ? Either they admitted Lacazette, their most expensive player, is not good enough or Auba will play on the wing.

Maybe play a 3-4-1-2? Ozil behind Lacazatte and Aubameyang.

And next season with Mikhi as a 10, since we will get Ozil too, just to piss off Arsenal's fans even more.

Why do we basically promote Guillem Balague on here and therefore pay some of his wages?

Sure, he has close links with SkySports, but surely it has been proven now that he has his own agenda.

His quality of 'journalism' is appalling.

He is a good player, I think he'll do well at Arsenal. I think getting Mkhitaryan and a nice amount of cash is better than anything could have hoped for at this point. Us getting Sanchez and not having to spend over a 100m again for a signing like that is also better than we could have hoped for. So a win-win situation in my book.

I can’t believe this is happening. Not only that but Mkhitaryan going the other way. It’s bloody perfect.

As City know anything about Chelsea lodging a bid. And mentioning it to the media as you're walking away like some spited child just to generate some panic. Pathetic and small time as always, don't ever change City.

3-5-2 with Lacazette and Auba as strikers?

Anyway this isn't right thread but it's good to see Arsenal have accepted Sanchez is leaving.

Am I the only one that doesn't understand a thing about this tweet?

I think he’s just trying to be nice/diplomatic/talk him up a bit. Saying he’s a valuable player and he’s like to keep working with him.

I just don't get the point of City doing this. What is it that their fans are supposed to lap up when Sanchez inevitably signs for us?

That players will turn down them AND Chelsea for us? I'm fine with that

They’re hurting over this transfer, make no mistake over that.

You know it’s well and truly happening when Balague is losing his fecking marbles live on Twitter.

That’s the confirmation we need.

Sanchez is red!!
