Hey guys! Im from Chile and this could be a dream for me and for others ManUtd fans, Alexis is a really hardworker player and cant understand why the people blame on him because he left Arsenal. He really wants to play in a competitive team with more ambitious and im pretty sure will fit amazingly with the actual squad.

As a fan for United first i think this is a incredible business for the club and let me to tell you something. In the Udinese's days, Alexis says that his dream was play on Manchester United... Im sure if he comes over City isn't only for the money is for the history and the greatness behind the club. I hope Alexis boost the rest of the season of the team :D

The media here are pretty sure he will be announced in the next 24 hours.

I had to charge my phone three times today just from refreshing this page. Family dinners are boring when more important is going on.
I am charging as feck to keep up. I also skipped a birthday party, which made the wife pissed off. Totally worth it though :)

We thinking the reported fee is 25m or more along the lines of 35m?

Either way, it's good business.

I just hope Sanchez picks it up, because I think he's been really poor this season. Hopefully not decline and more him cba'ing it for Arsenal.
I think it's the latter. He has shown this season that he can perform at his best level when he's in the right mood.
As for the fee, it seems to be around £30m. There is also talk about Arsenal buying Mkhitaryan from us as a replacement, but it seems to be done in two separate deals for some reason.

Why is everyone hating on Mkhi so much? I think he's a quality player. Ok, he's not been consistently great but has scored some very important goals and clearly has ability. I've no desire to see him go

If Mkhi indeed goes the other way I can only imagine how little of a feck he is going to give at a club where no one gives a feck.

It’ll be reported as £110m once the usual mysterious £15m gets added on to it plus wages and addons.

Exactly, I know how you feel, my husband is rolling his eyes for 2 days now.

Thank feck mine doesn't live with me. Though she's whining about me not answering her or facetiming with her. Why can't they understand!!
I ask that question too. He did not give me an answer, yet.

Cheers for the input! Nice to hear that there is consensus from other parts that he in fact is a boyhood Man Utd fan. This must be absolutely amazing for Man Utd fans from Chile :)

I posted this back in the summer but for those who might be new here...

Di Marzio PAYS his contacts for real news. It's why he gets the best news first.

Our UK media work off rumours and hearsay. Or they simply make it up.

Apparently Di Marzio has spent a fortune on paying agents and club officials for breaking news stories.
So that's the way to go.

No chance. Mkhitaryan's been shit, but not so bad that he's suddenly worthless... we're still talking about a recent Bundesliga POTY here.

I reckon £30m and cut-price option of Mkhitaryan if they want it, assuming he'll actually go there...
Yeah, Miki is still a very good player. Some players just don't fit in well in certain environments. He might just go to Arsenal and explode and suddenly we'll start getting trolled for giving him away so cheaply. Hopefully, Sanchez's performances will justify the trade off.

My girlfiend doesn't follow football but she knows I support United. I tried to share my excitment today about signing a huge player from a London based club to let her know why I was so excited and stuck to my phone, but she was totally uninterested, non-responsive and started talking about the restaurant we went to when we were in London. Silly of me to even try to explain.

At least you guys know the score :D
 been there before! At least next time you will know not to even bother trying to explain :)

Dunno what hashtags our social media would use for this time. #SanchezIsRed sounds like a strong statement but we already had #MaticIsRed last summer

Does the push to sign him now indicate that Jose is going to make the Champions League his priority this season ?
