Barca received 200m for Neymar so they decided to spend most of the money on players totalling 200m all coming from Neymar money and 90m out of their pocket. That doesn't mean they are really super wealthy. The difference is we spent most of the money coming out from our pocket, not player sales. Yet people still think we're so skint and cannot compete with PSG, Chelsea and City.
