Nah. We lost interest when Zlatan got injured right before that. In April. Our interest 'cooled' an hour after the ban was announced. You really think these 2 things are not related?

Many of them will turn to a life of crime, no doubt. That is always a danger when you shut down transfer threads on forums.People being frustrated seems like a natural thing when such news hits home. They need a place to vent said frustration, redcafe for alot of people is that place. If you shut off the dedicated transfer thread and forbid people from venting frustration in the transfer tweet section, where do they have to go ?

If only the Baltimore Ravens forum had never shut down their draft thread, Omar Little would have grown up to be a peaceful young man. Many of them will turn to a life of crime, no doubt. That is always a danger when you shut down transfer threads on forums.
I guess that didn't turn out too badly did it?I was more disappointed when we did not sign Ronaldinho back in 2003
since he made his tweet last night, ever piece of news and social media gossip has twisted the knife just that little bit more in our chests. There is no positivity on this. Only muppets on life support and ITK trolls. The thread reopened, some little signs of positive crawling in... All we need now is some no name bullshiter from twitter to question yesterday events and we are back in it.
Thiago for me. I ate and spit this one already.I was more disappointed when we did not sign Ronaldinho back in 2003
It did not turn out too badly 3 years later. What you have to remember was back then Ronaldinho was on the verge of greatness.I guess that didn't turn out too badly did it?
Instead, we ended up going for some spotty 18 year old Portuguese lad if I remember correctly.
££££Still scratching my head over this. Why would Griezmann have put in a transfer request 3 days ago and then change his mind because of the transfer ban?
I think missing out on Griezmann will make Woodward go all-in for one of Bale, Neymar, Lewandowski, Muller etc..This would have been our statement signing this summer, our game changer if you like. The player who was going to turn us in to title challengers. Now we are looking at players in the 3rd tier of quality, none of which are going to have the same impact on and off the pitch.
Because he was convinced it would get overturned? Second thoughts? I would have done the same if i felt any sympathy towards AtleticoStill scratching my head over this. Why would Griezmann have put in a transfer request 3 days ago and then change his mind because of the transfer ban?

Still doesn't make sense. If you were that confident, why wait until two days before the verdict before submitting a transfer request? Why not just wait and see at that stage?Because he was convinced it would get overturned? Second thoughts? I would have done the same if i felt any sympathy towards Atletico
The difference is, this time, we're gonna buy an average 28 yo winger insteadI guess that didn't turn out too badly did it?

From who, Atletico? I doubt they could match let alone exceed what we would pay.££££
In fairness if his move to United was contingent on us getting CL qualification then a lot has happened in the week since that happened.Still doesn't make sense. If you were that confident, why wait until two days before the verdict before submitting a transfer request? Why not just wait and see at that stage?
Pretty sure they can since they can't spend any money this summer on transfers now. From who, Atletico? I doubt they could match let alone exceed what we would pay.
They probably can if they're not going to be spending any of their transfer budget this summer. From who, Atletico? I doubt they could match let alone exceed what we would pay.
I'am not going to go into a deep discussion with you because I know on here that will just get me banned. If you genuinely 'need' to spam a thread on the caf to 'vent frustration' because we're not signing Griezmann then you need seriously re-evaluate your life.
Where did you get the idea that he handed in a transfer request?Still doesn't make sense. If you were that confident, why wait until two days before the verdict before submitting a transfer request? Why not just wait and see at that stage?
Its exactly how Nazi Germany started mate!I'am not going to go into a deep discussion with you because I know on here that will just get me banned.
But I do like to say I wonder where people like you always seem to find the moral superiority and audacity to suggest to people that they need to go and re-evaluate their life. Feels very offensive for me.
It is very good for you don't feel the least bit frustrated about the situation the club is in. Would be nice if you could have some empathy towards people who feel different and allow them the space on this forum to express that (within the forum rules ofcourse). But maybay that is me expecting too much because closing threads and calling people you disagree with lifeless idiots obviously seems to be alot easier for you.
But now I have said what I think about it and I am going to leave at that. Hopefully you can take something out of it, if not just as good, I hope you won't ban me for speaking my mind and disagreeing with it.
That makes no sense whatsoever. Him staying at Atletico, even if he does sign a new contract, will still be way less than what we would be willing to pay for him. Not to mention that with us his commercial revenue would be guaranteed to explode further. If he does stay with Atletico, even if it's just for the one year, he's straight up costing himself many millions of pounds.££££
I don't have the ability to lock threads or ban people, but yes I think the behaviour exhibited by some people on here in recent times is nothing short of pathetic.I'am not going to go into a deep discussion with you because I know on here that will just get me banned.

It wasn't pretty.That alert
How much of a meltdown did you crazies have in here?
a big enough one that now all other striker options are either classed as "donkey's, crap, average, useless", this sub-forum has been a wasteland of salt and rage today. That alert
