PL D FA Premier League

Manchester United 1:1 Liverpool

Post-match discussion

Liverpool were shite and created nothing; we were shite but created stuff. Will take a draw given how long we were trailing for, but we really should have won that.

Herrera MOTM, passing, pressing, tackling, excellent all round and held our midfield together.

Can't argue too much with the point, conceding as we did played into Liverpools hands, perhaps we maybe edged it but not by much.

Shit performance. Point gained.

Too slow for most the game. Then too fast/rushed it in the final 10 mins.

Pogba's worst performance in a while.

Very poor performance from both teams. All those who think we'll be winning the title are dreaming. We're not ready yet. Top four should be our aim.

Fair result, happy with that.

A missed opportunity. Some real fine-worthy performances from some people. Play was far too slow at times from us.

Liverpool got what they wanted - a point and proving (as far as they will be concerned) Pogba is nothing more than a poser.

I believe Rooney was somehow involved in our goal, so Wazza giveth, and Wazza taketh away at the end there.

Embarrassment of a performance. It's why we should focus on the Europa League. We're too soft to finish top 4 and I've been saying it for a while.

Fellaini was the correct sub and did what was required to get us a point. Terrible in the midfield today. Pogba was poor and never got back from the handball. We should really be winning that match and failed.

Worst performance in ages. Deserve nothing from the game. Flattered by a point. Absolutely flattered.

Have to question the preparation. Everyone to a man looked an absolute bag of nerves. Never deserved less from this fixture in God knows how long. Robbed a point we didn't deserve.

Shit.

Awful performance. Lucky to get a point. We made pool look like they had 5 extra players.

Pogba was worse than Cleverley has ever been. Probably the worst performance of a United midfielder I have ever seen. How on Earth he managed to stay in pitch for 90 minutes? Was Mourinho blind?

Mourinho is a coward, there is no beating around the bush. We had momentum, they were fecking shit, but still he somehow managed to bottle the tactics and the players were already terrified before the match started. Then his substitutions were shit as usual.

Ibra was very bad, something that happens always in big matches, but managed to score a goal and give us a point.

Absolute shite. We didn't deserve anything from that.

Fair play to Klopp. We have a saying in Norway, you can put makeup on a pig but at the end of the day it will still be a pig, but Klopp has done well and Liverpools limited quality isn't showing yet.

Hugerly overachieving with a Poundland level manschaft.

We were very poor. Liverpool were there for the taking am disappointed.

Someone tells Pogba you're not supposed to dab when ball is in play .

Pogba played horribly for the most part should we winning vs this Liverpool side, poor first half but glad we ended up getting something from the game.

Got a point, had we got all 3 wouldn't have been underserved, created so much more then Liverpool, story of our season

Draw not much use to either team , we needed the win more and they were understrenght but in the end we were lucky enough to get the draw. Still need far to many chances to score, that we come against us every time we play one of the other big teams.

I feel like I just run the whole 95 minutes with them. Absolutely void but still frustrated.
We were bad but we were still a better team and should've won it.

We could've won, but we also could've lost. I expected a much better United today. Still happy we got a point although it sucks to concede an offside goal.

Should have won.

Created more chances, dominated the game, stupid errors cost us and lack of finishing.

Given the course of the match I'm glad with the point but again, our finishing has let us down, plus individual mistakes. It's a fecking shame because we could've gotten some ground on City, 1 point doesn't really cut it.

Also how fecking shit is Wijnaldum? Could've won it twice for them.

Liverpool were shite and created nothing; we were shite but created stuff. Will take a draw given how long we were trailing for, but we really should have won that.

Sums it up for me. We should have won though given the fact that Liverpool were missing two of their best players in Mane and Matip as well. Quite annoying but I suppose rather a late equaliser from us than the oppo for once.

2 points down the shitter against a one player team, the subs were fecking awful and while Ibra grabbed a goal he was a passenger for most of the game, very disappointing.

Point gained but it's a poor point. Liverpooo with that defence were there for the taking today. Inexcusable that we only really tested them when Fellaini came on. Rooney played 45mins and looked like he was running through custard, Pogba was wank all game and after City got battered, I am fecked off with that sort of performance.
