In Xbox, I guess that works as well for ps4On the PC?
Na, I don't have one. I don't think they work on both consoles. In Xbox, I guess that works as well for ps4
Hey mate, if you could make a survival and make it a every man for himself thing, where PVP is enabled and you get to keep the loot (of course you can decide to return) That'd be great?Did someone say... new caf server?
(Could the other thread possibly be merged into this one @Damien?)

If one such server already exists for the Caf, I'd appreciate it if you could please pm me the IP, thanks.
I'd be interested in any. Just a server. Though I get nervous when playing against people I have contact with and always flop. Same with Fifa, I am really good at it, but when it comes to playing against my mates, it doesn't go to good.Yo, IF enough people are interested again I can do something, but in the past here I think most aren't interested in PVP and prefer a more co-operative server. P.s thanks @Damien
I always thought it looked terrible, not sure if its improved or not?If you like Pokemon, get the Pixelmon mod.
I've rarely been this impressed by a mod, in fact, I don't think I ever have. Genius.

It's definitely improved then. Looking at some videos it looks pretty good.I don't know what version you've seen, but the one my eldest is playing is pretty good. The pokemon look great, the battles work well and there's all the berries/machines/fossils and all that of the games.
It's obviously not perfect, but running around a world looking for pokemon to capture and trainers to fight has been pretty fun watching so far. There's a lot of work gone into it, it's great in my book

Do you use a custom map to play it or do you just play on a random one?
Tekkit. Tekkit Pixelmon.
I want to build my automatic elevator behind my shower in my house that takes me down to the sub levels where my quarry is digging out a large space in which I build Pokemon fighting arenas.
I purposely didn't tag you because I thought it would annoy you to have to say what you would prefer.
Maybe something different could be worth looking at if enough people would prefer that option.
It's normal minecraft but even better, not sure why people wouldn't prefer it? They can play vanilla if they like or they can build awesome things if they like.
In my experience usually these things have plenty of the newest features of vanilla Minecraft missing from them and often the biggest motivation for people to play again is to use the new features.
Vanilla minecraft is just placing blocks on top of each other which this has, there's nothing exciting to vanilla minecraft it's just making things that look cool by putting blocks on top of each other, you can't remove that option from a mod?
These mods are just vanilla minecraft with extra options.
You can surely see that is entirely subjective, there are many other reasons people enjoy playing vanilla Minecraft on a server that you may not happen to share. If you want to be simple about it then I would say Tekkit is just the same thing except you can spend some more time setting things up for automation so you can ultimately make things that look cool by putting blocks on top of each other.
The point I was making about people playing for new features that are missing from the likes of Tekkit was really just aimed toward the idea of us having a new server soon, i.e. when the new features come out. Mods often take several months to catch up. Ultimately they do get all the features of course but not for a while.
I don't understand what new features could possibly be missing though, since mods are built on top of vanilla minecraft.
Okay so let's say vanilla Minecraft update 1.9 is released tomorrow. Those playing with mods will still be using whatever vanilla version that mod was built on, e.g. 1.8. The developers of these mods largely have to wait until the new vanilla version is released until they can begin to do the majority of the work of updating their mod to run with the new vanilla. Even with the smallest plugins this can take months so with something as big as a mod it takes a while to do.
Huge mods are usually relatively quick, and then the server can just be updated? It's not an issue, it's just an issue of whether the server admin wants players to have access to extra options/content or not on top of the vanilla game.
I think it would be a good idea anyway, we've had 4 or 5 Caf servers now and people get bored and move on very quickly every time we do vanilla.
Just tried to join and it says i'm not whitelisted, mate.Server I.P: 198.20.98.118
I found an old backup for a cafe whitelist but there's probably more that were added since so try to log in and if you can't get on drop your name on here to be whitelisted. Let's find an npc village and make a spawn town out of it!

Just died and discovered that the spawnpoint has been changed. Gah!
