On current gen consoles there can be 30 in a session, don't know what the cap is on PC.

Not sure how it actually works really. You can roam around the map and see other players, but I have no idea who you're "paired" with. The free-roaming is only a minor aspect though, and it's mainly the various activities (deathmatch, races, missions etc.) and heists that make multiplayer great. But again, I'm not really sure if you're limited by regions or whatever.
I just found this unbelievable car, now how do I save it?
Online or offline? Go into a Los Santos customs and get the tracking and insurance I think.

The system of saving vehicles offline is horrible. I got a nice car for completing a mission and ended up losing it not long after.
Put it in one of the character's garages in SP.
If it's online and unbelievable, then you most likley can't save it...

The load times and the way you join others are fecking terrible. Could easily put me off in the long run if it isn't improved.
Can anyone tell me if its worth digging up the game and playing online? I have not liked it in the beginning and not sure whether it has improved. Also this caf crew I read about, what is it and what do we do there.

Pretty much all the time I spend on GTA Online is with people from the crew in the various game modes - missions, races, survival, heists and some of the newer game modes...as well as just screwing around in free roam.
So it just gives you decent people to play the game with, rather than some of the random twats you get

No problem - am not sure how many people are active in the crew on PS3 - if you head here and signup, then you can view people by platform (I think!)

You can see members from each platform on http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/crew/redcafe/gtav/PS3 (replace PS3 with whatever platform you want). Only people who have actually been playing Online in will show up in the list though, I think (at least I only see myself for PC). But if you view the crew while in GTA you should see everyone on your platform who's in the crew.

Yup, only on Franklin right? When activating the game it even said i was activating the game, pre order single player bonus and pre order online bonus.

Trying it now. After he went off to the left (first time he goes off the suggested route) we made it to 0.73mi from the destination before he flew off. Now he's gotten up to the path again, and fallen off it whilst trying to turn himself around...twice...
We are upside down. He's running aw...I think it's safe to say he's failed this. Not even bloody close.
I've borrowed my brother's copy of GTA so I've just gotten back into online and transferred my character over. Haven't played since the PS3. What do I need to buy in terms of vehicles and weapons? I've got a million to spend or so.
Car wise you'll want a Zentorno if you haven't, then after that an Armoured Kuruma.
Where do I get those? Off the websites?

Just read that you have to complete the first heist to be able to buy it.
I don't recall which heist it is (Humane Labs?) but definitely pick up the Insurgent when unlocked. It is a beast.
Yeah the Fleeca heist needs to be completed. It's a 30 minute job at most.
Yeah, pretty sure its Humane Labs. Second(?) setup is where you get the Insurgent so think it is unlocked then.
Tell that to the guy that's been struggling with the hack for the past five minutes...
Should of added it's a 30 minute job with competent players.
Was super easy, didn't take more than 6-7 minutes from entering the bank to be fair.
Can you replay heists whenever you want?
Pretty much. Once you complete all five (even if you're not host), you're able to host any.
Just as a host it takes forever to get people to join
Cant even complete the scope out mission for fleeca right now. Always end up falling through the map and screen going white in the end.
