Remy had a heart problem prior to moving to Marseille, didn't he? Hopefully it's nothing to do with that.

Failing a medical for heart problems must be horrible, he's basically being told he's a tragedy waiting to happen.

Do they need another striker? They have Sturridge and Lambert. Ovigi seems certain. Why don't they sign someone on loan? Because if they sign a striker then they will have four strikers for next season and Europe isn't a guarantee for them a year from now.

Does Remy have heart problems?
He's heart problems.

kouroux said he failed a medical for a previous club due to heart problems. Looks like might be the same issue.

I'm guessing they both considered it worth the risk as they had no strikers of his quality.

It's up to the club if you pass the medical or not. Obviously Liverpool didn't want to take the chance.

He might not have passed 'em there, just that they'd take the risk & Liverpool don't want to.

Does he?

Origami is only next year, yes they do need a striker.

I've read that Remy failed his medical due to a potential issue with one of his knees, not a heart problem.

That might be correct. Remy has dealt with cardiac issues since his Marseille days in 2010..

Thats why I suggested they loan one instead of buying one.

They require a top striker. Lambert and Borini(who was leaving etc.) behind sturridge isn't enough. Hardly good strikers available for a price that would be interested in joining liverpool, finding a loan deal for one would be even tougher who provides quality.

Catch me up... Why would golf journo Diego Bustos have a clue about the Vidal deal?
