No of course it hasn't. His marketing team are riding off the back of our name.
It's the only reason I have any doubt he will sign for us. It's the perfect way to get the whole of the football world focusing on the launch of his brand.
As I said above it seems very unlikely we'd let him announce his signing for us via his brand launch when we have such a huge contract with adidas. Adidas will want him kitted out in our gear when he's signing the deal.

Lead the press on that you're going to announce what club you're signing for, especially lead them on it's United (which it probably will be, in the future) which will have every press writing about it, waiting and watching while he releases his clothing line. The coverage would be huge!

At first he said it was about his launch in Paris but then he said some cryptic stuff like "there will be news coming out during the launch" and "something might come out before it starts".

He has told some of his teammates in Sweden where he'll go, for example Jimmy Durmaz. So I guess it's not that a big of a secret in the NT right now.
It's not a presser, it's a launch for his clothing line A-Z. There will be a live stream at 5PM CET (featuring a Q&A with Zlatan) according to the social media linked with the brand.
Someone on the forum must know someone who knows Durmaz or anyone in Zlatan's national team entourage? Get on the blower!
