No she wasn't in any way boss, far too weak for the song, compare that to the spaniard last year and it shows how bad she was.

Also Rebecca was poor, the worst finalist I have ever seen did the song better the other year, I'll see if I can find it.
 
Katie was good, but still hope she fecks off. Now she's an annoying bunt trying not to be a freak so much she annoying because she's not a tool.
 
Have only seen half a dozen of the performances.
Matt is ridiculously good. You could fire that cnut anythin and he'd pull it off.
Aiden is the next best but he's so weird.
Rebeccas song choice wasn't great, very little she could have done with that.
Cher i liked at the start, but she's nowhere near as good as the judges are saying she is.
One Direction i thought were dreadful
Treyc could be a surprise package, sang second half of song really well
 
Listened to Aiden's performance again. I was right first time...it's very good. Simon and Cheryl just doing their usual slate the competition thing.

re. Rebecca singing , it wasn't a patch on a certain Mr Lambert last year was it?

I like Treyc, but it wasn't a patch on Ruth Lorenzo's version, which was actually staggeringly good.

however, there's something about Aiden which I just love , he only missed one note, but no, it wasn't as good as Mad World.

ps - I'm sure it was bloody Cheryl etc which started the Danyl dislike last year

It certainly was and my other half still goes on about it to this day.

Because Charyl said it the nation all of a sudden agreed with her and cheated him out of winning it imo.

How could she have loved his "arrogance" at the auditions but then dislike him at the live shows? I hate the gamesmanship from the judges. Worst part of the show.
 
I notice that Matt doesn't rely on any dancers / gimmics etc like a lot of the others do (cher springs to mind) It's just him and the stage.

Id buy any of the songs he's sung so far in the competition.

Treyc is another that just gets on with it....as does Rebecca.
Aiden is far too intense for me - i feel anxious watching the lad.

It spoils it for me. You can definitely tell when the judges are lying. "My act was great...yours was shit!" etc. Simon's the worst at it. Not to mention they'd save their own act over someone who was better for the sheer hell of it. The mentors element should be gotten rid of.
 
Matt's clearly the best but it's not like talent's the defining factor in this.

Only thing Cher's got going for her is she looks like Cheryl. 'She can sing and she can rap' - no, she can't do either. At all. 'She's got such swagger' - yes, she acts like a massive bitch with her head stuck so far up her own arse she doesn't know what's going on. Wonderful. 'She's the future' - she'll be the past this time next month.

I don't know if Danyl was arrogant or not but he could sing and sing very well.
That little Joe McDromadery had all the charisma of a can of baked beans ( and not Heinz beans at that )

when Cheryl said " you haven't won it yet " everyone started hating him for some reason - the scrawny little half wit.

Just caught the start of this, that bloke who looks like he's escaped from the Chilean mine ought to win. There was also a chubby looking black man who looked decent. I don't know their names.

I think Matt is the only one who'll do anything past the show finishing

I think diana is quirky and I like her, although I preferred the bohemian look she had going for her when she was on the show! But she might as well have been singing in french for all I understood of the song.

Yeah but girls love/fancy him, so he's a shoe in. That's how these things work, right?

I liked the freaky eared girl best because she was the only one of the lot who seemed to sing with a bit of character and rawness. As if she was more interesting in making the song her own rather than just hitting the notes she'd been told to.
