Yeah definitely need to conquer the Chelsea hoodoo if we want to be a threat to them next season. We also need to keep all of the three players but fear that's highly unlikely.

Gosh, that's about the same as hoping for a miracle from QPR in the men's game over a decade ago.Anyway, City won't be in Europe next season and that is about perfect.
Haha I just compared it to exactly that on a Women's Super League Facebook group
Great start but thought we played very poorly after the keeper got sent off - could hardly tell we had an extra player and City deserved the goal.
Maya Le Tissier made some incredible last gap tackles to stop them going ahead - she's had an amazing debut season, future captain right there.
Skinner gets some flack for his game management but our late subs of Boa Rise and Garcia (both probably should have played more this season) gave us the perfect end
DOesnt get much better than a last minute winner in the Manchester Derby to seal first ever CL qualification AND means City miss out on Europe

This season has far exceeded my expectations.
To finish second is fantastic plus a great trip to Wembley.
City had a real go but we've taken 4 points from them this season. 6 points off Arsenal so next season we need to take points from Chelsea.
That is the WSL fixture to watch now.
Starting a season well is so important because playing catch up is very difficult in this league.
One last step to go against a much improved Liverpool side.
