What do we actually do in practice?

He has built a team of good players but unfortunately he has them playing like shit, again. Argh.

Not sure he has, in all honesty. There are Caf favourites that we need rid of and it's no wonder that when we rest certain players we see that.

Yea but someone wrote a sarcastic article in the Guardian so you’re all being knee jerk fake fans.

Or something.

You have question ogs, no doubt.

Away to west ham is always a game of strength. Physical and tight.

Sowhat does he do? Pick 2 of the least hard working players in the squad. Pogba and martial.

poor
Lets be honest we are beyond questioning him its abundantly clear he is nowhere near good enough

Not a single Ole in supporter can say he's a really good coach cause we see nothing, NOTHING on the pitch that shows we are a coached team. He relies on individual brilliance.

Pathetic how he still hasn't gone yet, even if we win this it'll be because of individual brilliance.

Honestly it's actually quite funny watching our completely immobile frontline, anytime someone's looking to play a ball forward they're all just stood still.

We're pretty terrible, all things considered. Probably our worst half of football under him, surely it doesn't take Johan Cruyff to tell the players to stop doing the idiotic backheels that have a 3% success rate.

Ole has built an insanely pathetic team. Fair fecks to him.

We go behind every single game. We are up and down as much as a Yo Yo and Ole doesn't every leave his bench to shout at the players.

Judging from that performance United were playing peak Barcelona in the first half.

When we win it’s on Ole.

When we lose it’s on the players.

Top red mentality ^.

I’ll remain tight lipped from now on. Already been warned twice for criticising Ole. And of course, he is a great manager who should not be criticised.

How does he prepare team for games? Every single game, win or loss, we start slow, without desire and intensity.
Thst is why we will never win nothing with him. Because in knockout matches you can't afford to miss 20, 30 or 45 minutes of the game.

I really can't remember when we pushed some team from first minute of the game

What does he think he is resting Bruno and Rashford for? What is he trying to pace us for?

You know what. He will win the next two because they will attack and leave us space behind which will give Ole another 4 weeks.

Rinse and repeat !!

Can anyone see him winning any titles?

I think we need to go all out for the cups and rest players in the league if needed and accept Europa league spot.

If I was manager the first thing I would do is get Pogba and Martial out of the club.
:lol::lol:

What a joke of a post. He's playing Scott the rugby player but you want to get rid of two of our most skillful and capable players because our manager is a Norwegian David Moyes.

Anyone who thinks this squad is good enough should be forced to watch that half on repeat until they break down and admit that we're nowhere close to where we need to be.

Bruno is the difference. We need more players like him, in every part of the pitch.

But if only Martial didn't miss that ch... Oh. Wait, our players must be all shit then. West Ham have much better players than us. As have Brighton. As have Crystal Palace. As have Istanbul Basaksehir. They obviously spent £100m each on all their players.

We've created feck all. Moyes is the better manager, without a shadow of a doubt.

You're a WUM.

Why don't we sign West Hams squad? Better than ours right?

When the truth, as it always tends to be in these scenarios, it's a combination of the two.

But at the end of the day, when the performances are consistently inconsistent, the manager must take the lions share of the responsibility. The buck stops with the manager.

He’ll always be a legend of mine and most reds for what he did for this club as a player. But, it obvious to see he’s done and it’s getting painful to watch - walk away Ole lad.

Even the ole fans must be picking up on the same bad vibe that was hovering around the club at the end of all our last 3 managers before getting the sack is once again lingering around club with looking very clear ole isnt really leading us any where closer to being a team competing for top honours.

Everything is pointing towards an inevitable season of finishing outside of the top 4 because the board once again doesn't act quick enough in changing manager.

Man is entirely dependent in individual moments.

We have no game plan game to game. No letter. We are simply crap.

I don’t like him but man.... Never heard the truth said so beautifully.

It's getting to the point in Ole's reign were it's no longer about if he's doing a good job but if he's good enough to win us titles. This is as a result of our squad becoming better thanks to him. After 10 years of management what has Ole done to clear doubts that he's good enough to win us titles? I would like to be proven wrong but from what I've seen I think the most likely outcome under Ole is that every season fans will be waiting for Ole to be backed to the point we have a squad as good as or better than the best in the league but it wouldn't happen. And that will be the excuse for when we are still just a top 4 team under Ole
This is absolutely the best and most accurate example of where we are... why can’t everyone see what’s incredibly obvious ? Ole will never be good enough... ever ![/QUOTE]

Agreed we rely on Bruno and sheer luck, his approach is similar to drawing the ingredients on ready steady cook sometimes you a get a Michilen star dinner and everyone things oh what a great chef then it reverts to beans on toast for the next five shows.
Just end this utter nightmare please ASAP.
