Sacked in the morning
You’re getting sacked in the morning
Sacked in the moooooooorning
not really

He's an awful manager. Anyone who can feck up with so many good players is clearly not a good manager.

This team is an abject disaster, all over the pitch.

Ole has failed in almost every regard. From his signings, to failing to find a system that works in any game we're not the underdogs, to defensive coaching, attacking coaching, to player fitness levels, to desire and belief, to team selections, to in-game management.......

It’s got to the point where the performance is ruing my weekends - It’s not enjoyable to watch this team on paper should be so much better.

Should never have been giving the job on a full time basis.

We need to be freed of the spiritual bondage some fans gave with this guy. Don't even care about the result. He needs to go

This guy should never had been appointed in the first place.

He has to go

Regardless of the result tonight, the system does not suit the players, again

He is tactically inept. Going all defensive against city/liverpool and getting a result is fine.

its the other games where he struggles

sorry Ole, but bye bye

Even if we come back to win this, he needs to go.

I'm numb from this crap. We deserve so much better.

Why do so many United fans not understand this? It's not like we're moaning for the sake of moaning.

I have only and only in the players faith to turn things around. No trust in this novice manager.

Terrible 45 mins and I just don't know what to say anymore. Any help would be appreciated. We appear to have no game plan. Very weak on the wing and lost for words withs what's going on in midfield. Please Ole share your game plan so we can get involved.

What kind of lunatic sticks their best attacking mid out to hug the flank in favour of playing a pair of 90 year olds down the spine. It’s only been a few games but I’m pretty confident the diamond is the worst formation we’ve ever used and it’s not even close.

We probably will come back into this game in the second half but it doesnt matter.

It's the same failings time and time again. We offer nothing unless we're losing and time is running out. We dont ever look up for games from the first minute. The system is wrong again. The defenders dont know where they should be or what they should be doing at any point.

Plan A: counter attack

Plan B: .......

That's the crux of it.

After 2 years and with this squad, we really should be seeing a defined way of playing and we don't. Feels like every game is a toss up with what we'll get, consistently inconsistent.
Once again we're going with a new system, with new players and once again we're getting another inconsistent performance.

Hopefully we'll sort our heads out in the second half, starting with Ole actually making a half time decision, but the first half performance just typifies us, I can't ever imagine us becoming a consistent side with no real defined style of play.

If OGS was a chess player, he wouldn’t win a single game. What I mean is, other managers look at the line-up and know exactly how to match us. This team should be on the front in 80% of all games, but there just aren’t any patters. How are the players accepting it? In the end there will always be a form of riot, but it’s gone on for too long now. I think a proper, professional manager would have this team playing very nicely. Question is, how much damage has the current manager made to the players after two years? I swear, even Kevin de Bruyne would look a bit lost in his team after a while.

Time to pull the plug while Poch is available.

Swear we were saying this at this around time last year though.

Let's be honest even a P. E teacher would be embarrassed to concede that 1st goal yet the Manchester United manager seats comfortably on his chair watching the whole thing unfold.

I grasp to try and work that out too. I wish they would tell me so could try and think positive instead of being frustrated the way we're playing.

Clearest indication of our absolutely terrible level of coaching is in our pressing. It's extremely unorganised, one playuer presses, everyone else watches and the one player that does gets close to the opposition then just watches them when they get in their vicinity, almost achieves nothing. If anything it's to our detriment, we gain nothing from it and it's just a waste of energy/puts players further up the pitch making us more vulnerable to counter attacks.

It's time to go Robbie. Poch will be the obvious choice but I'm not sure he's the answer, but I'd be far more hopeful with him than I ever was with Ole. Love the guy, but it's very clear he's just out of his depth.

People are fed up. We’re a shambles.

The usual suspects will wade in here after any non-loss giving it the biggun and asking where people are like they’ve somehow won some kind of point.

At one stage I was fairly consistently making a point of posting in here after good results to make it clear I was delighted with a win but it didn’t change my mind and I still didn’t think he was the right man, but what’s the point?

People get wound up by shite results and can’t be arsed trying to discuss anything rationally after the odd (rare) decent result.

It’s no surprise at all that this thread will be quieter in those times. It’s got bugger all to do with knee-jerking, on the contrary people are mostly very consistent in their stance.

I disagree. If that were true we'd be seeing more unique people coming out with reverts but it's not. It's the same group making multiple posts (empty pots.. et al). It is knee jerk and hardly consistent if views are not changed after multiple evidence to the contrary. Just like I'm with Ole now. Watching today's match is changing my opinion. Not enough to want to sack Ole straight away but I understand where the criticism comes from (and its warranted up till a point)

The time has come for a new manager to get the job. I would wait for the international break though.
Sack Ole even if he beats Everton.

Absolutely. Forums are always busy when shit is up the left. When we're winning, posters tend to be more jolly and joke around much more rather than filling up pages with heated debates.

Anyway, I can't remember which poster said this but Ole did well in putting out the fire that Jose started. I'm thankful to him for that. Now, give it to Allegri, Poch, Rose or what have you.

This. Our "press" is a joke.

I think he has to go and will go the next few games. They is no method to our play. It is just hope for the best that the players will conjure something out of the blue.

Looks like the players have lost faith in him too.

I’m not sure you know what knee jerk means at this point.

WTF was that. Enough of shit tbh.

Mata, Matic, DVB - is there a slower midfield than that ? And Bruno just because he tracks back doesn't mean he can defend.

He's done; there is absolutely no point in continuing with him even if we beat Istanbul. The performance is nowhere near good enough, and the team he has built isn't good.

Maguire is a terrible signing; James also; Wan Bissaka is too limited for right-back; De Beek doesn't look anything special.

One of them--you know who--was in the Trump thread saying he was saving up his energy to get back here. Almost made me wish that Trump should win.
