Not tired. Disinterested.
Did the last 12 months of results not happen? The players are deflated and knackered and no sign of players coming in to help. The fans feel it, the players feel it. But nope it’s all Ole, obviously. As I initially said, master stroke from Ed
Board glazers stupid defending all can be used an excuse but he is just not doing himself any favor. We are just regressing now. Playing catch up every season won't work. He has to take a lot of blame too.
Ah it's all about fatigue but it only affects us and not the opposition. Get with the programme/list of excuses for Ole.

Eventually there has to come a point when the blame lands with the manager and rite now we look like a team going backwards at an alarming rate, why on earth would any top player want to come and play for this clueless manager. Legend as a player but sadly way out of his depth as a manager.
It’s quite simple really. The reason why managers like Klopp, Ancelotti, Pep etc are revered across Europe is because they make change, have defined styles, buy players to fit their systems and inspire their players. Can you honestly hand on heart say the former Cardiff and Molde manager has those qualifications in coaching and man management at the highest level that United need and expect?

However, he is so out of his depth over the course of a season, hence being nearly 2 years into the job and we still don’t have anything Other than a 4-2-3-1 relying on the counter attacks of fast players and/or individual brilliance to win football matches every week.

After tomorrow Woodward can’t do anything even if he wanted to, do you really think no other manager can do more with the existing squad than Ole?
There’s boardroom level changes that need making, undeniably, but that doesn’t mean Ole should keep his job.

Agree with you on that one. He has responsibility to take and some blame but not everything is on him, far from it. But hey let's bring in Poch and we'd win the CL right?

Sancho needs his head examining if he wants to come play for this manager. I have frequently posted on this forum that he shouldn't have been made permanent manager and then to compound that problem we invested money on players that the next manager will jettison,not to mention the time it will take for the squad to be coached upto PL standards.
And I dont trust Woodward to have the guts to admit his mistake or make the correct appointment.

Woodward is a major issue, how can a guy with no football knowledge be given such an important job. He's the reason Ole is in the job, when it was clear that he should have waited. Now we are stuck with Ole for the future and it isn't going to look good come the end of the month.
Ole is not the best manager but the problems go way beyond him. The way the club is run is an even bigger issue. Sacking him will not resolve that.
If were not signing a CB then Smalling has to play.
I stand by my words that given enough time, he will make us relegation candidates.

More than half of those months we were far from good and the results weren't any better.
He should resign after this. The board are disorganized and amateur in their dealings but they spent 130 million on his defenders who are now failing badly.

Under the right management, today could be our version of Bayern's 5-1 thrashing last year by Frankfurt that led to Kovac's sacking and Flick's appointment. We aren't smart enough to know when to cut bait, though.
Not only are they tactically inept but their fitness levels are atrocious and this I hate to admit is down to the coaching staff, the buck which stops with the manager.

How can you recover from such a scoreline if you are not SAF? I suppose Southampton did well to stick with Hassenhutl last season but this is Manchester United.
