Okay thinking Colombia and Morrocco double.

Panama are atrocious and Morrocco will look to win 1 game at least.

Colombia are really good and will probably beat Senegal.

Just woke up to this. :D

Finally won a bet with Belgium. I was really tempted to cash out after looking at the lineups but decided to stick with it.

Okay squeeky bum time.

Portugal to qualify, Croatia and Belgium to win in 90 minutes is 5/1

I see good value in this.

Uruguay are terrible and even though Portugal aren't better, they have the ability to shut down the opposition team and nick a 1-0 (most probably in extra time, refer to Euro 2016. If I was a risk taker I'd bet on Draw as a full time result but I prefer the "to qualify" option.

Belgium are pretty straightforward, they will dispatch of the Japanese with ease, especially if Lukaku plays and uses his physical attributes against that Japanese defense.

Croatia have enough to dispatch Denmark in 90 minutes. The Danish were pretty unconvincing in their group stage games and Croatia rested players in their last game.

Thoughts?

Or maybe Portugal or draw is better? Maybe they go to pens but lose. Hmm.

cheers. I'm more amused than anything as to how many unlikely things had to happen for it to come off. Saudi scoring in injury time v egypt. Iran scoring in injury time v Portugal. Ditto for Costa Rica against Switzerland and South Korea v Germany, plus Morocco needing 2 v Spain. It' was an absolutely ridiculous run of things falling into place!

Very nice, how much did you win?!

Aren't them only one out of three teams who won every match in the group stage, including a convincing victory against the hosts?

They definitely aren't terrible and are one of the most organized teams in the tournament. I want Portugal to win, but I think that Uruguay are favorites. The team has been together since forever, they have two top strikers, a very good central defense, and are fighters. In reality, both teams are very organized untalented teams, who have difficulty on creating chances but also the other teams struggle to break them off.

Indeed. They were underwhelming offensively against Egypt and Saudi Arabia but were good defensively in all three group games and showed offensive power against Russia. They are definitely not terrible.

Russia rested a key number of players for that match.

Uruguay were terrible in the Egypt and Saudi games barely winning both in the end.

Defensively they are organized but the link from midfield to attack is almost non-existent.

I think this match is going to extra time

Yep, I think that a 0-0 or an 1-1 is very possible. It should be a safe under 2.5 goals bet, I think.

Yeah I think I'm settling on

Portugal to win or draw
Belgium to win
Croatia to win

3.84/1

Highly doubt Uruguay (in case they qualify) will dispatch of Portugal in 90 minutes

First two days of last 16: France, Uruguay and Croatia to reach QF. And Spain to win in 90 minutes. For 200$ you get 1422. Looks like easy bet. What do you guys think?

What if you remove Uruguay?

Does anyone have Spain to win it outright? How confident are you now?

I think France vs. Argentina can be very cagey and end with a scoreless draw after 90 minutes. Both teams struggled to score from open play and I have a feeling that both teams would worry more about neutralizing threat (Messi, Greizmann) than to look to score.

Spain vs. Russia has all the potential to be an upset, with a few dodgy and questionable calls that favor the host nation.

Penalty in France v Argentina game @ 2.70
Red card in Uruguay v Portugal game @ 3.60
local

Don't let me down, you beautiful fiery South Americans.

I’m either looking at France 29/20 or a penalty in the game 6/4.

Mbappe anytime, BTTS-No and Argentina 20+ booking points is 11/1 worth a look if you’re thinking it’s gonna be a 1-0 or 2-0 maybe.

Draw-France HT-FT 4/1 also

1. France OR Argentina, Uruguay OR Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Brazil, Belgium, Sweden Or Switzerland, Colombia OR England @22.02

Which means we'll get loads of draws now.

2. France, Uruguay/Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Brazil, Belgium, Sweden/Switzerland @151.00

3. 1.5+ goals, 5+ Uruguay corners, 3+ Portugal corners, 10+ booking pts each team @4.50

4. 1.5+ goals, 5+ France corners, 3+ Argentina corners, 10+ booking pts each team @4.00

5. Messi to score, BTTS, 11+ match corners, under 60 match booking pts @12.00

6. Under 2.5 goals, under 11 match corners, Otamendi to be carded, under 60 match booking pts @12.00

7. Suarez & Ronaldo both to score in 90 minutes @8.00

8. Portugal to win, BTTS, 5+ corners each team, under 60 match booking pts @34.00

9. Uruguay to win, 2.5+ goals, 6+ Uruguay corners, under 60 match booking pts @21.00

Will do some Bet Builders etc. nearer the time when lineups are confirmed.

Under 1.5 in both games @ 5.85

Draw at 90 mins in both games @ 8.91

Silly bets...

Bet365 reckon this will be low scoring so potential for money to be made if this is 3-2 classic.

6/1 to be 0-0 after ninety minutes anyway.

Had Griez to score first.

France to score penalty.

As well as having Griez anytime in a build a bet with France to win and something else I forgot.

Daddy's buying a brand new pair of shoes if a couple of other things come in. Have Giroud anytime as well.

Just need France to get busy with the cards and corners second half.

I’ve had a tenner on both teams to score a penalty at 66/1.

Also had a separate £5 bet for Griezmann and Messi to both score + Otamendi to be carded.

All in 90 mins. Second half could be interesting.

Shame I had little left in pot after terrible last week, would've made a killing from this game with both teams coming back from losing positions.

3-2 classic indeed. Would have got crazy odds on over 4.5 pregame.

So much for my under 1.5 bet hahaha :(

Got on France to progress @ 3.7 when they went down. Shame I bottled progress in 90 mins @ 9 :(
