Good half I felt. Wolves are notoriously hard to break down so we shouldn’t expect chances galore. The fact we’ve taken one should force them to open up a bit.

The most pleasing aspect has been the control we’ve had of the game. We look so comfortable in possession without Smalling, Jones, Young and Lukaku. Wolves had not had a sniff really.

Decent performance. James needs to cut out the diving and Victor needs to cut out the brain farts. Martial could have had a hat trick.

They sit deep but they play really well through teams with their passing options in midfield. So it is indeed both. Their midfield is the reason why their counter is so dangerous, they have the ability to move the ball quickly up the pitch, and of course, they've got Jota who might just be the best player outside the top 6 clubs and Jimenez, both of whom are fast.

Midfield domination is maybe not the best phrase, midfield superiority might encompass better what I see as their arsenal. Hopefully it won't be the same story tonight.
