Winter Olympics 2010 Vancouver

This should put some further pressure on the Canadian guys for tomorrows mens final as well.

Can't believe these two teams were the best btw, they both made some pretty shocking mistakes.

Still huge pressure in a final. We got a gold and I got to perv a hot MILF i'm happy at least:D

Ah if they did I apologize, but I never heard it

I think the Canadians have been excellent all games, but I think they could have been a bit more magnanimous in defeat there

They applauded the Swedes after an initial striking silence but that's to be expected. How would you react to Germany winning the World Cup at Wembley?

Even the hockey blogger at Aftonbladet ended up perving the Canadian Milf

"Skipper, heter det inte så i curling? I så fall: Den kanadensiska skippern är...hm, ja, vi kanske ska ägna oss åt hockey här nu istället"

I hope Canada can finish this game off as early as possible.

Possibility of high stick. You need to have the stick lower than the hight of the goal bar when hitting the puck, which it was.
Cheers.

And I've noticed the Noggie commentator always gets everything wrong when he's talking about goals. Is that because he's a clueless gimp or because this is a sport where it's generally impossible to know what's going on because the puck is so small?

I guess you could, as long as it's not considered 'dangerous play' or something like that.

How does that make sense? You said you can't have the stick higher than the goal bar when hitting the puck.

Sorry guys I'm too tired to make sense of everything. Basically it's guys wearing armor skating around on ice poking at eachother with sticks while also chasing after a small black rubber thing:D

I've finally tuned in to my first bit of Olympic coverage to watch Canada play the Slovaks at ice hockey. I'm not sure whether it's live or not but I'm undecided as to who I want to win. On the one hand, Canada losing would be a bit tragic. But on the other hand it'd be fecking hilarious.

I do suspect though that the circus that surrounds the Canadian ice hockey team would be just as nauseating as that which surrounds the Indian cricket team, thereby making their failure to win the Olympic gold medal/ODI World Cup all the more hilarious.

i had a nervous cannuck sat next to me, the last few mins was heart racing.

Sunday is going to be a belter of a game though

I thought Slovakia had scored at the end. I suppose he should have put it in the net.

Another US-Canada game should be epic. The US is the home team...in Canada. lol

Pity that we didn´t trouble Luongo earlier. But at least we made Canadians nervous.

Is this going to be over soon? I might be the only person in this country who doesn't care about how well Sweden does and etc.

I just came back shocked from the movie review thread where you said you haven't seen any Bergman until now, then I see you with this comment here. You're a shit swede.

And this could possibly be another golden day for Norway with the pants playing final at midnight and Marit Muscle Bjørgen doing the 30km 20:45. My times are in GMT PLUSS ONE.

I like this thread.

Slalom today, Jansrud and Svindal have a good chance. And Bjørgen for the 30km. And the curling final tonight. Can turn out to be a good day, despite my massive hangover
