Winter Olympics 2010 Vancouver

Especially Hiller has played lights out so far.. It's so funny how Chris and Wikegård always find a team to root for. "Nej, nej, nej, nej, nej!", "Bra, bra, bra!"

They always cheer on the underdog.
 
True.. but they are on national tv, they really should be neutral.. I mean, they're not even allowed to say "we" when Sweden play.

It's funnier this way though.

I was watching it somewhere else, without a computer, but it's nice to know that you missed me!

Congrats on the gold medal, well deserved. You've been the best cross country nation for these Olympics.

Hjelmeseth let us down today, but I don't really blame him. He was struggling with his skiis and atleast he gave it his all. We are not any better in classic skiing at the moment, which is a disappointment. Classic style cross country is our "hockey" so I hope it is something Olympiatoppen work hard on before the next Olympics.

Northug had a fantastic race today, and he is in top form. Such a shame that he was been unlucky these Olympics. With better luck and better teammates he could have had three or four gold medals.


Any way. Good to see we got the silver atleast. Nice for the Czechs as well. Disappointing from Italy, Canada and Russia.

I chickened out of the power nap gamble. The stakes are just too high.

Yeah, might as well watch some curling.
 
I hope I don't end up watching the Slovakia match with barely one eye open like when I watched the Finland match. I'm used to NHL matches that start 3-4am matches being a Colorado fan but 6am is pushing it!
 
Yeah.. I'm thinking of skipping the Finland - Czech Rep game for a nap, but I feel like watching that one too. Missing the Sweden - Slovakia game would be horrible.
 
Curling... is it a sport? It's quite fun to watch and I bet it's fun to play, but it's like bowling or darts or something. Borderline sport imo. We don't see Boule at the summer Olympics.

I can't stand the poker hype in Sweden...

But anyhow.. only 30 minutes left now. This game is going to be amazing!
