And FC United are the unofficial Manchester United football club.
Hope that helps.

I thought it was a pretty simple question.mickthered said:As far as I can see almost everything about FC united has been mainly contained in the one thread where you have asked the same question in there
So you now start up a new thread about FC United in the United forum yourself
So in the United forum you only want stuff about United and nothing about FC United in the United forum So the United forum should be just for United and only United and not FC United in the United forum so if we have an FC United forum will we be able to just talk about FC United or will we also be able to talk about United in an FC United forum So does it matter if in the end if we talk about FC United in the United Forum as some United fans are FC United fans and some FCUnited fans and some United fans are just United fans and some fans just FC United fans and some FC united fans and some United fans both United in their fight for United because as some say there is only one United so if there only one United then both Uniteds should end up in the United forum
And every one should be United in that idea about United and FC United both being United on a United board in a United forum about both United and FC United and if your lids United you can just feck off cause we are all United against that United
Im off now cause all my eyes can see is United
Unfortunately it doesn't work. If FC United get off the ground and start employing people it is only a matter of time until some local kid from Manchester starts following FC in whatever league they are in and follows Chelsea in the Prem.atomic keane said:that is actually a brilliant statement
If I was only asking the Mods it would have been.Murt said:Why isnt this thread in the adminforum???????

City then, if you prefer.26 may 1999 said:Hee hee...
Some Manchester kid starts supporting chelsea?
Where do you get that from?
Is that what they do in Toronto?

They support all kinds over here.
It wasn't a hostile question. It looks as though it might get off the ground so I was simply wondering if threads about FC United will be the Manchester United Forum.zippy said:It was a question that got the answer it deserved

Whoa. I'm not trying to deny anyone anything. Let me expand a bit. It looks as though FC United will get started. Semi-pro you say. If the club has success and moves up into the next league (Conference?) then what, does it go pro?atomic keane said:But this issue is of great concern to the local reds and why may I ask should they not support a semi professional club. The more I think about it the more the clearer and more exciting it seems.
Football at grass roots level is what it's all about. Forget the superstars for a minute. It all begins at a local level.
You have made some good arguments lately but you can't deny the local mancs to start a new club which they control.

I was looking for an explanation or clarification why a club other than Manchester United were being discussed in the Manchester United forum. Once FC United kick-off they are surely their own (and different) club.26 may 1999 said:No you weren't...
You were implying they shouldn't be in here.
There's a difference.
It doesn't upset me at all. However there is not much long-term thinking of the implications coming from people that are angry at the club.jasonrh said:I can imagine at one point, if there start being threads about it all over the place, there may be an argument for moving it, perhaps to its own "FC United" forum.
But how on earth a couple of threads a week can cause any consternation is beyond me, and I'm one of the ones who doesn't support FC United.
True, but if FC United continues to grow and advance then ultimately it will be in direct competition with Manchester United.atomic keane said:Why not ? That would be a huge achievement !
You can la la la all you want Spoony but what if some kid supports both FC United and Manchester City, should City also be discussed in the Manchester United forum?Spoony said:People from Manchester only support local clubs. . .
Novel idea, I know.
Manchester la la la
Chelsea indeed.
