If I had one defensive slot in a 4-4-2 left and I could pick either of Zidane or Bramble, I'd switch a midfield player to a defensive position and play Zidane in midfield. This is what any sane person would do. Or I would even play 3 at the back. In cases of equal talent, you can't compare players. But Zidane and some noname defender? yes, the choice is easy. Don't come up with stupid logic to justify your bogus opinions.
 
Of course you can compare players playing in different positions.

You are an idiot. If you can't see there's no logical way you can ever compare Zidane and Bramble then you should get a scan on your skull to check if you even have a brain.

PS: No logical person would play with three defenders at the back to accomodate Zidane in a team that didn't have the personnel to play with less than 4 defenders you brainless bellend. Especially if he couldn't make any other spot his own in the first place. Simple logic that escapes your Zinged brain.

To answer your question Rubber, yes, if I had no other centre backs and I had to choose between Zinedine Zidane and Titus Bramble I'd probably choose Zidane.
Then again, I'd choose my goldfish as a centre back ahead of Titus Bramble.

This issue is not Bramble being shit or Zidane being excellent. The issue is how can you logically compare him to Zidane? Who apart from being a legend of quality, is as poor as Bramble is, at Bramble's profession of defending, the one and only thing that can be compared about them as players. Apart from comparing their success level. Which is unfair to Zizou to compare him to such a loser..

You can't say Bramble is a poor professional. He just isn't successful or talented. But he works his arse off. So judging them as professionals is stupid. Since they both work their arses off at what they do.

Comparing them is just folly and a case of trying to create useless debate. You guys effectively are trying to compare a college or University professor with a pupil bottom of his kindergarten class. It's just too stupid a thing to do.
