Marco Silva would be good choice.
Just go through the PL and name any manager with the exception of Kompany and they’d all improve us
Nagelsmann is the stand out choice to me.

Needs to be able to build a culture as well, and have demonstrated good squad management. Sure, recruitment may not be as big of a priority for our manager as it has been in the past, but we're not just searching for a tactician.
No they wouldn't. Sorry but that's ridiculous. I forgot how much we improved under the current West Ham manager when he was with us in 2014.
With the current structure (or lack of) there's probably only Guardiola or Klopp that would improve us significantly.
De Zerbi, Postlecoglou and Emery would thrive with a few tweaks behind the scenes.

Motta looks to be Juventus bound so that might be another one off the list.
Just looking at this practically. Both Klopp and PEP live in the area, so they wouldn't need to relocate and we wouldn't have to pay relocation costs and their families are presumably settled in the area.
Both have Premier League experience.

There are reports in Italy that we have made an approach for Thiago Motta however im not convinced he is the right man for the job as he doesnt have much expiriance and his teams seem to conceed a lot of goals.
I'm not convinced we've even made an offer. INEOs have dithered over ETH since day one.

Thiago Motta's Genoa side conceeded 17 goals in 11 games, his Spezia side conceeded 74 in 40, and his Bologna team have conceeded 65 in 68.
Motta's career win rate is only 38.98 percent having lost almost as many as he has won (Won 46 Drawn 29 Lost 43), while his win rate at Bologna is 48.53% (Won 33 Drawn 20 Lost 15).
Motta also has zero expirience of managing a top side and has not won any honours as a manager.

They have conceeded 65 goals in 68 games after his previous side conceeded 74 in 40 so its not really rubbish is it.
This is a very good stat especially for a team like Bologna. We have conceded 46? in 30 game this season, 65 in 68 is a championship winning form
Are you serious? 74 in 40 at Spezia that are sat in 16th in the second tier. Are you really trying to use that as a stick to beat him with? Pep has conceded 31 in 31 games with City this season, how many do you reckon he would have conceded if he was at Plymouth or Stoke?

No, we are in a situation where we have a decent manager already and INEOS were never going to move him out unilaterally before getting a best in class hierarchy in position with experience and knowledge to make the correct decision.
You have no clue what is happening yet you mention dithering. They are restructuring the whole footballing element of the club.

We havent reached any agreement yet for Ashworth or Wilcox as far as im aware despite us being after them for over 2 months and Berrada cant start work until the summer.
They both want to join and have effectively quit their jobs, the rest is just money.

But we still havent made any agreement with their clubs after 2 months if chasing them meanwhile Liverpool were able to re-appoint Michael Edwards and reach an agreement with Southampton for Wilcox and and an agreement with Bournemouth for their Technical Director director Ruchard Hughes without the same kind of drawn out saga weve had with both Ashworth and Wilcox.
Any other manager at a big club would have been sacked months earlier. It's so obvious they are dithering.
Sacking Tuchel Worked well for Boehly when he came into Chelsea all guns blazing.
Maybe Sir Jim is keen to not repeat that mistake and turn us into a shambles like Chelsea have been this last 2 seasons?

Whereas our decision to keep faith with a manager demonstrating his increasing incompetence at every turn has been handsomely rewarded. Had we sacked him earlier we might have failed to qualify for two Champions Leagues this season. Thank God we avoided that.
