That would be disgusting. Arsenal winning the league, Liverpool beating us to 4th and Chelsea winning the champions league. After the season we’ve had that would feel like buying a lovely new pair of trainers and then getting dog shit on them just before you get home.
 
We already have this trophy in the bag. There's no way any of these teams is stopping us.
 
Would be great to draw Roma or even Feyenoord, not so great if we end up facing Sporting Lisbon or Sevilla.! :nervous:

HELLLLOOOO....of course we will get Sevilla as next opponent.

We had 8!!! spanish opponents in our last 14 ties.

If we get Juventus or Roma...then our last 15 ties were 12 times against spanish and italian clubs.

I love the trophies and finals so think I would however would be good to keep Liverpool away from the CL given they need to recruit badly in the summer..
 
In order of preference:

Union SG
Feyernoon
Leverkusen
Roma
Sevilla
Sporting
Juventus
 
I want to have both Sevilla and Roma before we get to the final.

Sevilla cause we owe them a feck you for kicking us out when Mou was here.

And then Roma to spank he's side good and proper so he can moan again about us.

Then Juventus in the final.

Will feel like a proper CL run.

If we get all the easiest games running to the final, then so be it, but I'd rather we win it against the above lot.
 
Not wildly stressed, you need to beat the big teams in order win the thing. If we need to play against Jose's Roma for instance I'd rather do it over two legs where our class has more time to tell than over 90 minutes in the final.

I think we'd go into any tie as favourites at this point.

Newcastle never stood a chance after we beat the mighty Charlton and Nottingham Forest in our run up to the League Cup final ;)
 
I want Seville, a Spanish tour would be fun and then preferably Madrid in the supercup if we actually win it.

Ten hag could claim he did a la liga speed run in his first season.

USG are a very tricky team, like a Belgism Brighton. I'd hate playing them, most teams left are tough opponents.
 
I want feyernood. The Dutch teams usually play good football so both ties will be entertaining games. No matter what draws we get now no one can say we won it through an easy route if we do win it. We played the favourites in the first knockout round. Let’s smash whoever comes in our way. Hopefully we can get the 1st legs wrapped up and then rotate for 2nd leg games.
 
Would love to beat Sevilla, that would be cathartic. Having been knocked out by Spanish teams umpteen years in a row it’d be great to now beat three Spanish teams in knockouts.

Don’t fancy Roma, feel like that would be a grind, and the Mourinho side story would be tedious.
 
Really don’t care who we get. We should be beating every one of these.
 
People not wanting Juventus are just looking at the name rather than the quality of the team. They're really quite poor, bring em on.
 
Union Saint-Gilloise, then Feyenoord. The travel time is short for these two. Feyenoord don't look easy though, they are playing really well lately.
 
I think we stand a better chance against Jose over two legs. Couldn’t stand losing to him in a final.
 
Sevilla would be very boring for me, so I hope we avoid them. I honestly hope it's Juventus or Roma, but have a feeling it will be Feyenoord.
 
We'll get Juve. Pogba will make his 1st start for them in the 2nd leg and score a last min worldie of a winner.

To be fair we have been very lucky with cup draws this year with the exception of Barca but we did them good :D
 
Would prefer a kind draw so some team like Union or even Roma, as we’re starting to look a bit leggy now, and need to rotate the squad a little to avoid bookings.
It’s more likely we’re be faced with Juventus, Sporting or Sevilla knowing our luck? But at least we can look back and say that we beat Barcelona.
