Barthez over Schmeichal as I always had a soft spot for the mad Frenchman.

Always admired Laurent Blanc but Rio was a close second.

Early Cristiano when he was all stepovers and weird stringy hair cut.

Larsson just beats Ruud, Larsson was a joy to watch, and takes the slot next to Cantona (what an absolute waste of a career Larsson had, all that time in Scotland).

If I could fit them in as a pair though, Yorke and Cole would be peak strike partnership, but that would mean dropping Cantona, which would be sacrilegious.

Edit: just reading an article about Larsson's three months with us... "During his 13 appearances for the club, United were never behind on the scoreboard while he was on the pitch.". Wow.

I understand the hate but I followed his career since Boca Juniors and was over the moon we signed him. Cavani was another player I followed closely for years so they automatically go in
