Anything less than 150 million would be a bad deal. He’s an unbelievable player but a shitc**t.

I believe the question is do you want a player who if the reported comments of his agent and the player himself are correct, would suggest that he no longer wishes to be associated with the club.
You cannot build a team around such a player regardless of his suggested world class, neither can you have his disruptive influence either in the dressing room or on the training field. It is far better if need be for the club tro take a financial loss and move him on. Doing this makes a clear statement to others that regardless of how you think your world playing status is, if you are not solidly in tune with this club and it's ambitions then you can leave.
180m pounds this summer.
If it's Juve:
100M and Bentancur makes sense.
Just wanted to quote my thread from another forum felt its relevant to the post and hopefully get some thoughts on it.From the moment he arrived for a then record transfer fee to much fanfare around the world, it just feels like he never did show us why we paid the fee, why we were so excited and why we expected so much. Pogba is the epitome of what modern day footballs big names have become. Huge salaries, social media influence and numerous other off the pitch distractions that only 10-20 years ago are nothing in comparison.
All this aside I think he's a top player and I don't want to see top players leave unless they clearly have to leave. With the fee paid for him and comparing with the previous record fee holders you can see why people expected him to perform week in week out with a goal and assist minimum every game and I think even he expected it from himself and therein lies what i think has been the biggest problem with Pogba at United. We signed a potential world class midfielder for money that people thought meant we'd signed a player like Ronaldo or Messi.
We have a good idea that from what his agent and even Pogba himself would like is to move on. As much as it pains me I think he's probably right to try and leave too. He has been stuck in a team that has played defensive football for the majority of his time at the club, has missed out on the champions league again with us and to top it all off we just haven't seemed to be able to gel a team together that we can say are a Man United team and we are confident of winning games.
So if he does stay and say we finally do put together a team that can match the likes of Liverpool and City i'm certain he would be a huge part of that team going forward. Pogba is now at a world class level and we have seen what he can do and its time the club starts performing at a world class level too from the board of directors to players on the pitch. I hope Paul Pogba stays what about you?
Absolutely ridiculous saying it but £180 million.
Fully agree with you, he's a world class player one of only two (De Gea) that we have and he has shown that when the team is playing well and he is used correctly he's our best player by a distance. Yes theirs the ego, the agent, and the constant speculation around him but that comes with the top players in the modern game. I would only sell him if he made it clear he wants to leave which he hasnt really done yet. If he stays we still have the best box to box midfielder in the world.Money is worthless to us. If we got 2/3 quality players in exchange then that's good but I don't trust these owners or negotiators to get the best deal for the footballing side. I don't blame him for wanting out. Last season was unacceptable on so many levels. It's not a given he will be sold or will leave but the whole squad need to change their attitude. I'm a believer we should have bought Ronaldo (if we had a chance last summer), because energetically that would have been really something for us. It's defeat to sell Pogba, it sends out the wrong message but again if we can bring in 2/3 quality players then that could be a big boost for us.
Think he HAS made it clear he wants to leave.Fully agree with you, he's a world class player one of only two (De Gea) that we have and he has shown that when the team is playing well and he is used correctly he's our best player by a distance. I know its a sellers market and there have been some big fees recently, Felix being a prime example, but in what world is Pogba a 150m pound player minimum?
The guy is a talented player, no doubt about that, but if it wasnt for the self proclaimed hype and star stuff on social media and the fee we paid for him....in reality we are talking about a player who should be in the prime of his career, yet throughout it, he has been really average in probably 70% of the games he plays. Not that we sould sell for the price, but in reality he currently is probably purely as a footballer only worth the fee we paid for him a few years ago

Not sure he's a great fit for Sarri-ball and they'd still have Pogba and Ramsey to start as CMs with Pjanic as the Jorginho type, with Rabiot covering for all 3 midfielders and so getting lots of starts.
We get a young, athletic and talented midfielder who I thought was really impressive against Ajax in the first leg last year and often looks good for Uruguay and with our midfield being a mess he walks into our first XI.
Spend the Pogba cash on a right-winger and a 10, let's say Bruno and Pepe, and sign a CB with the Lukaku money, let's say it's Maguire because it's been rumoured and would fit our young British approach :
Martial-------Rashford-----------Pepe
----------------Bruno-------------------
-----------Bentancur-Fred--------------
Shaw--Maguire---Lindelof--WanBissaka
----------------DeGea----------------
If it's Madrid:
Asensio + 80M would give us a RW and with Hazard now locked on for one wing spot and Jovic/Benzama ensuring a 9 will be played at all times, you have way too many guys like Asensio, Brahim, Rodrygo (apparently a winger), Vinicius around as very young wingers fighting for one spot and probably one or even 2 of Bale, Isco, James next year and then maybe Odegaard will end up a RW there if he's not judged defensively strong enough to be a CM and Kubo is there too. And that's assuming Vasquez does move this summer.
Martial-Rashford-Asensio would be an exciting front 3 and we'd have cash to sign the couple of midfielders we'd need.
Something dumb and Serie A sounding like 120M + Asensio on a 2 year loan with an option for us to buy for 50 or 60M at the end would make me grumble but would probably be okay too.
But market doesn't work like that. In the world where Felix, Coutinho, Dembele went for more than 120 million, Pogba is worth 150 million.
