another week going by without anything concrete......frustration of the muppets is rocketing.

Sneijder is'nt in Inter's squad for their next friendly apparently, he's not injured either. Look into that what ever way you want.

If that's true you really have to say that something might be going on.

I'm sceptical, they were scheduled to leave for Bochum (to play Galatasaray) on the morning of the game i.e the 24th.

First match he apparently came off because he was injured. Appeared in the next game and played fine, then came off again. No idea if he was indeed this time

This...coincides with Tevez move to Corinthians falling through :(

Too many things have already suggested he won't go to Citeh, he seems to only want us. I wouldn't read into the Tevez deal with Inter, if they want him they'll be using the cash from the Sneijder sale to fund it. Keep the faith, I've been saying for a long time now this move is on & fingers crossed we'll get some movement today!

Let's outbid City if they offer them Tevez and offer them Diouf and Obertan. Two players are always better than one.

I heard this about Ronaldinho, Robben, Benzema, etc etc

Think we'll see him swap with Tevez, unfortunaly. Don't see how Inter can have him and Tevez on there wage books when they previously claimed there trying to cut costs to meet FFP.

Seen a report where it's believed that Inter are the ones that have made the bid for Pastore and they are waiting to see if that goes through before they sell Sneijder wether that be to city or ourselves.

I dont believe Inter are really interesed in Tevez. They do have some financial problems and paying the mentioned sum of 30million for a player like tevez does not make sense, especially if next year or so he decides to return home. Do you they could find a club in Argentina willing to fork out 30 million for a 29 year old next year or so?

Imo Inter are bluffing, trying to give the impression that they do not have financial problems.

Also, another problem they have with the current squad is that it is considered to be a bit too old - their best players except perhaps Sneijder are aged 30 or over- Julio Cesar, Lucio, Zanetti, Stankovic, Maicon, Milito, Samuel, Cambiasso and Eto. So it does not make sense for them bringing in someone who would be 28 next season.

fecks sake I hate it when I see this and the twitter thread bumped at the same time only to find out nothing has happened

It's only good when you see it bumped and the last poster is wr8

Squad for the friendly in Bochum hasn't been announced yet, btw. Seems like a twitter-generated rumour this.

Also, there's some interesting stuff on Inter forums about the complexity of the deal and what's holding it up but that could well be mere guesswork rather than real inside information.
