Talent wise, yes.
Attitudinally, the effect he has on the team and being able to rely on him when we need him? Absolutely fecking not.
With the money we could get for him we could buy players to make a proper team, not relying on a primadonna showpony to be arsed.
If we can find midfield players better than Pogba then sure, let's buy them. But why not sell Pogba afterwards, once they've proved themselves, rather than before?
This is what I don't understand about the sell-Pogba crowd: why sell your most talented midfielder first?!? However patchy his performances, he is still a match-winner at his best, and we have very few of those. Plus, we have shown no ability in recent years to compete for the very best talent, so the ideas of selling someone as good as Pogba before we have replacements in place is simply idiotic.
