I like the first two seasons. They're not the best, but there's a charm to the rougher animation and voices.
Love the episode when Homer, Bart and Herman started the army to beat up Nelson.

I can see how the first two seasons can seem a bit dated now. But season three is where it starts churning out classic episodes one after the other, all the way to season nine.

At the risk of breaking up the singing, The first two seasons have some great episodes. Maybe cos I saw them in the 90s and remember them fondly, but some of the episodes are classics:

#1 was one of the best episodes of the early seasons. The quality of this is crap but the other I could find was in German or something...
We had all the boxsets from 4 to about 11. Not that I haven't seen all of them about ten times, but I should probably watch the first few seasons again, probably some gems on there I don't remember as well.
