Brilliant game! I'd forgotten all about that one.I wouldnt't call it amazing, but Syphon Filter. underrated and fairly forgotten both in past and now.

There's a Suikoden 4? I loved the first one, recently found there was a 2nd but didn't know it kept going. What's the best way (if possible) to play all of them on PC as I'd love to do a Suikoden binge?Suikoden 4
Ah, Landstalker. That and Shining Force 2 (and #1 to a lesser extent) were my absolute favourite games on the old Megadrive. I recently played the two Shining Force games again, then tried to play Landstalker but got halfway though when the game bugged out and I accidentally saved the bug into my save file.Landstalker
Conflict Desert Storm i remember being very enjoyable. Spents hours with mates in that game. Rarely gets a mention.
Zombies ate my Neighbours I owned on the SNES was quality.
Also Blades of Steel has got to be one of the best sports games on the NES
PlanetSide 2. I guess it was somewhat successful and is still going now 10 years after it launched, but I wish it had taken off more than it did. Not just for it's own sake, but to encourage other companies to enter the MMO FPS genre.

Some absolute bangers but I'd say General Chaos and Landstalker were super well received Landstalker in particular was really well received and seen a little as Sega's answer to Zelda, in Japan it was a huge console seller too and scored mostly 8.5's and 9's in reviews. Legend of a game, still load it up on the emulator from time to time.

Stanley Parable, Journey, Dear Esther, Amnesia...The Stanley Parable
Suikoden III + IV were on PS2, any emulator should be able to handle them fairly easy.
Well after this thread I finally did something I've been tempted to do for ages - get an emulator for these games. Started the first game again and then I'll move through the series. High praise indeed from padr81.Suikoden 2 is possibly the best jrpg of all time, you'll love it if you enjoyed 1.
For me it's sits in the holy trinity with ff6 and chrono trigger
Lost Odyssey
SWOS - I've played it for years

It's okay, dating yourself is legal in Georgia.I’m dating myself but I sunk 80% of my childhood waking hours into Blades of Steel and Baseball Stars.

I remember having this game but can't for the life of me remember what console it was on.
Basically a FF game just without the title
